Ban Reason: C2.3 Combat logging (Combat logging is when you are engaged or engaging a person or group of individuals and you log off before the fight is clearly over, or log off to gain an advantage, or to end the fight prematurely. Or logging out to avoid a fight when you are clearly being hunted)
Why do you think you were banned: Im pretty sure we were banned for the reason of combat logging as we had knifes in prison and wanted to try hold a police officer in our custody to negotiate with other officers or to try and escape (my memory is a bit foggy since this was a very long time ago so i dont know what the exact reason was) but when we found an officer and we all pulled out our weapons and told him to put his hands up (4 of us) he proceeded to roll backwards and pull out his gun and completely ignore our demands for him to put his hands up he gunned us all down and proceeded to place us all into cuffs we all stated that we were not happy then logged out as we were not happy with how he played it but of course we were in his domain and im pretty certain we could not escape prison no matter what anyway as we would just get more time.
Why should we unban you: On my behalf it was very childish of me to do what i did and i should have just faced the consequence's and should've just faced my actions but i was very angry at the time and just didnt want to play after what had happened hoping the next day would just be a fresh start but since i was banned 2 years ago ive reflected on it ever since and would really like to apologise for what i did and breaking the RP for other people and ruining there experience and would like to be allowed back into the city again to start fresh and meet new people. Would also like to apologise on the arresting officers side for trying to stab him and his actions were completely understandable and i have reflected enough on my actions since.

And would like to apologise on the admins behalf for making there days even more trouble and making them have to ban me i am completely sorry for what i did and will bind myself to following the rules and roleplaying to everyones liking never to ruin it again unless i am within reason or have got proof of.

I appreciate the effort you've put into this appeal given the amount of time which has passed since.

From this, would you say that just because you believe another rule has been broken that this then gives you justification to break one yourself?
By logging out, you've ruined further roleplay for everyone else involved.

No not in the slightest it was complete and utter bad roleplay from me as if another person had broken the rule i should've just clipped it and reported it and seen the outcome but we did break the rules a bit to. But on my part as ive stated before i am sorry for that behaviour and will not do it again if i am unbanned. as i did break the rules and have had plenty of time to look back on my actions.

Now, I appreciate that it has been a long time since then - what have you been up too since? Are you still getting frustrated to a point where you can not control yourself and quit the game or are you able to stick it out now?

Also, what are your plans going forward, should be unban you?

Yes it has been a very long time ive not been up to much just playing a few new things here and there having fun and working, im certain ill be able to control my self as now ive left the friend group that i was with last time as i only made that decision because they influenced me to do so and i have forgiven the person who reported us as they were within reason more than us to suspect of bad behaviour.

I think you should unban me as ive grown alot since mentally and have grown to control myself more to be calm in those situations and i would like the chance to RP on your server again as since then i have been on no server like yours where everyone was nice and friendly and always willing to help learn new things and would love to experience that again and i genuinely loved your server always waking up early to load on and make money if i didnt travel with the group i travelled with i do believe i wouldnt have been banned and believe i would still be playing today.
