Reason given for your ban: C2.3 - combat logging

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was banned as I combat logged in order to save myself from bleeding out and losing everything in my inventory. I did this as I spawned in dead underground and at the time of doing this I was unaware that if something like that happened I would be able to show a recording of me dead underground and show all the stuff I lost, and then get them back after showing this recording to staff. When I was dead underground I made a ticket in the discord to try get this sorted but time on my death was running out and I didn't want to lose all my stuff (again not knowing of the system in place to get my items back if something like this happened).

Why should we unban you ?: I think that you should unban me as this was an honest wrong move I made, I never knew I could get my items back and on the spot I panicked. This was my first ever wrong move I made in the server and I now know the rules better than ever and I am truly sorry for not following them in this incident. I love playing on the server and love roleplay. I would be very grateful if I was given a second chance. And again I am very sorry.

 I think that you should unban me as this was an honest wrong move I made, I never knew I could get my items back and on the spot I panicked.

You make it sound like you only did it once? You relogged 4 times to reset your timer. As well as doing it while speaking to staff in tickets. Next point:

So I got banned on a different server a while back and basically I ran someone over as a local car appeared out of nowhere as they do and I got a video of it and put it in my van appeal but since the staff where friends with the guy I ran over.l by mistake that started defending him and told me I wasn’t getting unbanned because of these rules and stuff. Even tho I had a clip

I’ve had a ever bad experience in van appeals and I don’t normally think they work but I was missing playing on the server so much that I thought I would give it a go. I was also very frustrated at the time I said that and I just snapped

with the relog thing, when I made the ticket, I close my mfive app down to go on discord cause I have a very bad pc and if I have more than a few things open my pc will freeze or crash etc. So after the ticket was made abs I talked to staff I was a little confused on what was actually going to happen to me so I went back on to see if anything was happened and nothing had, all of it was bad timing cause I was playing football at 2pm so I just left my game on and left my house. Yet again I’m sorry for snapping in that discord message, I’m not normally like that.

Right, to be perfectly honest, combat logging is becoming more and more of an issue recently so I am going to take a bit of a harder approach to it. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have enough time to actually play the game when you log in. And whilst I feel for you in that opening discord can cause your game to crash as I have similar issues, why not use discord on your phone or something? That is what I do when I'm on FiveM. 

Look, as I say, combat logging is becoming to normal these days, so I will be going ahead and denying this appeal. You can appeal it in 30 days.
