Reason given for your ban: (G2.9) Transferring money or items between your own characters is not allowed by any method.

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I honestly don't know why or how i have been banned the reason says for transferring items between 2 characters but i only really as of late only play my cop character which is Daniel Heeves. And i have earned all my stuff legit through in game mechanics. I admit that i did give myself a little bit of starting money like 80k at the start of Daniel to get myself going why i waited for my police whitelisting so that i could enjoy the city before becoming a police officer. But this was roughly about 10 months back and since then i cant remember doing anything wrong especially within transferring items.

Why should we unban you ?: I have played this server for so long literally 2000+ hours spread over all my characters. I have one of each character and i apply good RP to everyone i interact with, i always try my best to provide good quality RP and report things when and where i see them. I have never been banned for G2.9 before and this is my first time the only thing i can think of is the 80k or so that i first gave Daniel to get him going. I have always stayed with in the limitations of roleplay, and i have worked up legit money for all my assest i even let money from friends to buy items like my Audi R8 i recently brought i still trying to pay the money back. If i have done something wrong i put my hands up to it but i honestly dont know what i would have done and when other then what i have stated. I really dont want my characters wiped as i have earnt everything i have on them legit or from what i know to. I have made many friends in the city even including OOC staff and management team members so i know the rules of what i should and shouldnt be doing which is why i honeshtly not sure what i have done.

I would also like to add that I have been playing this city for over a year now everyday without breaks so I wouldn't of tried anything that I thought would of got me.banned all I can really know about is said 80k. 

since being banned I have had so.many messages of people wishing me the best and hoping I come back and it's great to see that the friends I made in city actually do enjoy my rp. if there is anything further then the 80k I can't remember but I'd be more then happy to talk it out of there is. I would also like to add when my friend Ross flew out the city he gave me all this money I was confronted by a staff member to ask to give it back as the way it was done wasn't great I did so to avoid being banned I have spent so many hours to get where I am and the cars and houses and assets I have to risk them.

I would hardly say November was 10 months back would you? You dropped £90k and logged on as your civ character and collected it. Why did you think this was okay to do? If I dig deeper into your transactions am I going to find more? Since you mentioned an incident that happened a while back.

At the time i might not of been the best off moods or mind set, this is no excuse and if i felt like i wasnt 100% or not right i should of just stayed off the server.

Thinking back to my cation i can only more and more realise how dumb it was by droping the money, and the thing is there was no need to do such action as i could of made the money from various diffrent jobs. As you can see the amount of hours i have spent in the city 2000+ is no small amount and over this past week i have became to realise just how much i miss the city as when i put my heart on something i grind that thing out. Ive had time to reflect on what i did and i realise how stupid and foolish it is and i will never do such a thing again.

Once more all i can do is apoligise over and over again, and i offer you take the 90k back or even more i have learnt over the past week that its not about the money its about the interactions you have in the city, this has been shown to me by many people messaging me asking if im ok, that they miss me , hoping i come back etc.

It was indeed a very dumb move on your part. As I am sure you have more than likely viewed a G2.9 ban before. I am prepared to give you another chance however like other G2.9 bans you will receive full character wipes. Do you agree to this?

Yes i agree to this , does this mean job whitelisting aswell? 

Again thank you for your time i promise i wont ever do something this stupid again, i have learnt from this and accept the punishment given.

Thank you and again sorry for the inconvenience i must have caused it wont happen again. i just want to get back to being able to RP  with the people i enjoy playing with and give people some good rp.

With this in mind, please explain yourself and explain why you thought it was ok to use such information even though you got it from an OOC method.

Yes, as you say we have spoke about this a little already.

So lets begin from the start i was in a gang and i was 2nd in command/ joint leader at one time, it was going well one day we had a miss understanding which lead to bigger things such as myself being kicked/leaving said gang. After this my character wanted revenge so there was already a on going investigation which i thought may be the best idea at the time and to get revenge on said gang. 

So before i lost key access and storage codes etc. I took some evidence as proof of what they get upto. The information in question is the house storage, i did take my own screenshots as we would go round and take screenshots pretty much everyday as a way of keeping track of what we did in set day. But for the information in question i did take a screenshot but it was small then what i would normally take. So i used one of the other peoples image that they had taken instead of my own.

My thought process behind this was because at the time i thought its just a still image the items and the context of the image is the same just the one i used was a bit bigger and easier to view. After speaking to Fluqi and himself giving me an example, for exmaple if it was a video and one pov had his face but my pov didnt would it be right, as to which i replied no it would be wrong as yourself didnt see the face.

This in mind i understand it wasnt my image to use but as i said the whole process i went through, i did think about using mine but then i thought well its a still image the context of the image is the same so i didnt think much of it, after speaking to staff i know now that it wasnt right and i hold my hands up to it. Sorry for wasting more of your time.
