Unban Appeal for tohml

Reason given for your ban: C1.2 / C2.3
In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: i was initially around the balla's territory and i ended up in a dispute with one of them i was then picked up by police and driven away. they let me out then i was then picked up by a gruppe 6 member. i asked him to take me back to the balla's and he replied with "you're going to the ocean mate." he took me to a hillside next to the ocean and told me to get out in which i refused. he then tazed me out of the vechile and proceeded to taunt me to the point in which i let me emotions get the best of me and i had the audacity to call him a discriminatory word and proceeded to leave the server before any punishment could be given to me.
Why should we unban you ?: first of all, i do not believe that i am eligible for an immediate unban. what i said was completely disorderly and ni-unforgivable and was most certainly not appropriate given the context of the situation. i believe that i myself am a decent human being and this was a poor example of poorly handled situation by me. i believe that i am due punishment in the form of a ban -> however not a permanent/significantly long ban. let it be known that i was in complete awareness of the rules and have clearly violated a key and invaluable rule of the server and for that i do genuinely and regretfully apologise for what i have done. furthermore, i will never leave the server again (in the case of if i am unbanned) and instead confront my actions head on and accept the penalty for whatever rule, law i have broken. additionally, i play this server with quite a few of my only friends and it is a fun, exciting experience to be a part of with them and the RPUK community. the ban also disallows me to be a part of that community but i do believe that it is of importance that this ban allows me to be rehabilitated, mature and reflect my actions to make sure that nothing like this ever occurs again with me or any situations that i may be involved/associated with in the future (if my ban appeal is accepted).
P.s. sorry for the second ban appeal submission the first time around i did not realise i had to list the ban reason specifically provided rather than a summary of my ban reasoning.
