In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was banned for saying "Sam" in sidechat. Simply, "sam".
Why should we unban you ?: First of all I did not know that Clark's name was Sam. It is unfortunate that at the time I said "Sam" there was a bit of feud between our two gangs however I would not dox someone who I play with on other servers.
Me and Clark are on good terms and we make shitty jokes between each other. The reason for saying "sam" in side chat was because a gang member said as a joke in side chat "we're logging our ban evaders". Therefore I said "sam" in side chat as a player called Sam who some people may know from Olympus has just been banned for cheating. Obviously for anyone who doesn't understand my humour it was a joke and we don't associate with this sam bloke.

First of all the rule I "broke", '(C1.4) Any threat to, or harassment of, any person, or the community, will not be tolerated. ' - At no time did I ever make a threat or harass someone in the community.
I did not share personal information as said by some members of staff since I never connected "Sam" to anyone nor did I even intend to connect it to Clark. In fact a first name is not considered personal information by GDPR (I believe). I ask you this, have you really community banned me for "Sam" which is one of the top 50 boy names in the UK? Would you ban someone else for saying a name in side chat with no links to a member of the community? This is exactly what has happened here. I said "Sam" in reference to a player who goes by the name "Sam Dahmer" however because the gang "Plebs" best interest is to get me and my gang members banned, what I said was manipulated by a community member who I believe goes by the name "Macdonald".
I would also like to add that I believe I have been banned by a member of "The Plebs" which may suggest that my ban could potentially have an element of bias however I will not add to this comment as I'm sure I can get banned for something like that!
Talking about my last ban appeal Gordon stated that I had continued to "disregard the Unban appeal procedure". This statement is unfair as I did not realise I couldn't talk to staff in TeamSpeak till I was told I couldn't speak to Bowen as "it's just a rule that I have". Which would imply that it is not a rule just what he wants to do. As soon as Gordon and the staff lead made it clear I couldn't talk to someone else in voice chat I wrote my reply.

At the end of the day me and my gang want to play the server and hopefully encourage gangs from other communities to come and play. So far we've had an inconsistent experience with the staff team with staff that are taking everything far too seriously and members of staff which are understanding and willing to work with the community members. My ban is unjust and it's clear, I'm not sure why I'm experiencing such bluntness from certain members of staff when all I'm trying to do is get an understanding of how I am banned for harassment of a community member?
