Unban Appeal for TheScottishDuck
In-game Name: Sam Jacobs

Reason given for your ban: C2.2, G3.1, G1.2
In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was banned for something I know I didn't do and would of provided all my evidence and would of proved this in my response that I was going to put in today.
Why should we unban you ?: I believe I should be unbanned as I didn't break any rules. I will put what I would of responded with in my report if I managed to do it today. For the exploiting ban I didn't log off on that roof my internet disconnected the night before and I was just on there when I logged (you will see this in logs) on and if it is against the log off on a roof on your own turf then half the server should be banned. As for metagaming you say I know there is something happening for communicating that I have killed 2 on big white which is just a natural instinct for me when I'm in a war and I'm sure many others would agree. As for the rdm ban I understand server rules come before war rules. There is war rules in place of you are in full colours on each others turf that you can kos and I believe if the hustler that reported me though that it was rdm then they would of added that to the report. Back to the metagaming if you look at my clip I was going to log on my other character and decided to see what was happening on My 229 character I had no clue that anyone was on turf and you can also hear the panic/shock in my voice when I see the hustler. For those reasons I believe I should be unbanned.
