Why do you think you were banned: I was banned because I did not have time to wait for the respawn timer after my game crashed because I had work.
Why should we unban you: My previous appeal was denied due to the fact that I hadn't waited the mandatory 1 month cooldown that comes with a C2.3 ban.

Firstly I would like to say that I didn't affect anyone's roleplay experience when logging out and I did try to explain in OOC that I needed to go, I have been a part of this community for a long time but have never needed to open a ticket for something like this and at the time as I was gonna be late for work opening a ticket didn't cross my mind but I do know now I should have opened a ticket and if anything like this was to happen again in the future I will definitely do so to inform staff. I was completely fine with respawning which is why I made the decision to log out and respawn once I next logged on. Thanks staff for taking time on this appeal.

I hope you are well?

Firstly, I understand you may have been asked certain questions in your previous appeal, but I will ask a few of them again.

I understand you may have had work. However, It only takes a couple of minutes most, to open a ticket. You could have done this from mobile during a break whilst at work.
You could have even done this whilst loading back in after your crash if you didn't have much time left.
You've been around long enough in the community to know how the death timer works if your game crashes whilst incapacitated.

In your previous appeal you stated you logged off whilst in a room at Pillbox - which room? Surely someone may have noticed you before you could respawn? So why would you choose to bleed out?

I'm good thank you I hope you are good also.



In my day to day life I work in a warehouse where there is barely any connection and wanted to resolve the issue when I got home so I could give it my full attention but I ended up being really exhausted as I was up late the night before and hadn't slept. But this is definitely something to learn from and take on board if it happens again which I'm hoping it won't and will make sure I'm not put into the same position again. I have been part of the community a long time but I have unfortunately made a mistake and I'm not looking to make any mistakes again. I did want to continue the situation but I had my colleague outside who drives me to work and couldn't make me or him late.



I was in a private room between the ward and reception that was locked and didn't anticipate someone being able to come in and roleplay further.
