In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: Right so basically, me and my friend were going to LS customs to repair our cars, and his broke down right outside of it, so I suggested he just pushes it to the LS customs then repair it because the repair kits weren't repairing it for some reason. About 2 minutes later, I am just waiting for him to push it there, and he isn't going to make a turn, so I drive into his vehicle to try and turn it for him and I go flying out of my car because I don't have my seatbelt on. This causes me to go flying into a wall and I ultimately die. I just give up for the night and without thinking I alt - F4 as its about 4 am and my girlfriend will not be happy if she knows I've spent this long playing RP. Additionally I don't believe there were any NHS staff online during that point, as I saw none at the hospital prior. If it helps, I can get him to speak on this subject also. His name in game is Mason Malinga I believe and his Char ID ends in 40.
Why should we unban you ?: I understand why I was banned, however I do believe its a misunderstanding. I believe this ban was automated? I don't plan on ever crashing into vehicles to move them again as it clearly doesn't work and doesn't seem very realistic. I am lead to believe that this is the situation that caused this, but if not please let me know. It's rare for me to get into combat altercations on the server, so I don't think its anything big like that.
