In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: Again I would like to apologies genuinely. I believe I was ban because I helped my brothers transfer money to themselves, which I understand is completely in the wrong. breaking the rules is wrong whether im doing it or im helping someone else do, also I know I got ban with a very serious punishment because doing this can have some diverse effects on the games economy and could potentially ruin EVERYONES experience on the server by unbalancing the economy by essentially printing money into the economy and that by breaking the rules once you can longer have a trust in us to not do it again.

Why should we unban you ?: I am very Sorry!! , I can tell you with all certainty I do not intended to break any rules nor did I intend to break this one and incur anymore punishment of any sort, i would just like to get back to my group of friends in city and continue the adventure we have all started.


Also in on of my brothers appeal I am called out for lying but I'm being as honest as I can, when he asked to do it a few a time I refused but eventually I caved in and did it for him ONCE which is again my mistake that I should not have committed but not once have I lied. I believe the misunderstanding was that I talking about MIKE Hoops (My youngest Brother Dennis) but I believe you guys are referencing LIAM (David), I did send money to LIAM but as he stated that I was UNAWARE of him doing that. He kept it hidden from me because he saw how much hassle I gave to MIKE Hoops (Dennis) about doing this in the first place. so he was reluctant to tell me the real reason behind this transfer. but again I should have know what he was doing and should have made sure id didn't repeat the process. that is my fault for being Ignorant.

The Irony in this situation im in is that I have spent the last week introducing the city to new players in my group and making sure they follow the rules as much as I can possible get them to and try to engage them in different situations and by the end of the week I get ban for my ignorance when it comes to my brother.
I do feel like my apology is all over the place but im genuily very sorry what we did. I have spent the last 24 berating my brothers as to why I was even convinced to do it and I can assure you this will not happen again, but please I would like a second chance for me and my brothers to prove our worth to city and im willing to do and say what I have to to prove that we are sorry and we will not repeat this.

After our conversation you mentioned you was aware of the rules and that this wasn't allowed. With this in mind why did you go ahead and do this? 

 
I did tell my brother the consequence but im a firm believer of making your mistakes and learning so I told him if he gets ban its his fault, but like I said that was a bit ignorant of me seeing as im basically breaking the rules as well and helping him break the rules is a mistake in itself. In hindsight I should of not have entertained him however I do think this ban did help him understand how serious the consequences are.

 
Indeed you did break the rules by doing the same thing. Lets say you are asked to do something that breaks the rules how would you handle this and how can we be sure you won't simply follow what others are asking ?  

 
I have learnt my lesson and I will not repeat the same mistake again, if someone asks me to break the rules I will simply refuse and try and encourage to not break any rules, and if i see anyone go ahead and break the rules I will simply avoid them and throw in a report. 

All I can I do is apologize and the only way I can show I will not repeat the mistake is if you give me the opportunity to prove my self again in the city

 
How many times did you do this with your brothers? 

You mentioned above that you did "cave in" after a while, How can we be sure you wouldn't do the same again should you get bugged about it even after saying no? 

You mentioned you have learnt your lesson, Can you elaborate on this please?

 
I did it once with each brother.

I understand theres no you way you can be sure other than me telling you i wont ever do it again, the only other way i can prove to you is if you allow me a chance to prove my self.

Like i said before i had warned my brother i just didn't think I would get ban as well. I have now learnt and understand that even being an accomplice in the crime is punishable and is just as bad as doing the crime itself.

 
This is an interesting one. Your brothers are brand new to the server, created on the 18th and banned for transferring money (cheating) a day later... Who gave them this idea to do such a thing? It isn't exactly something someone would just randomly think of now is it? You on the other hand created your character back in 2021 and have stating you knew of the rule yet you still do this anyway? If anything stated that you knew what the rule was and still done it just shows me that you don't respect the rules one bit.

Now you stated you was only an "accomplice" would you like to inform us the reason why during this money transferring period you have somehow gained £150,000? If I am not mistaken "starting money" is £35k if you only done this twice and got caught before sending anything back you would have £70k? Something isn't quite adding up here so I think you need to start telling us the full story if you wish to stand a chance of being unbanned.

Lets start with the notion I gave my brothers the idea, That is completely absurd, its doesn't take a genius to to come up with an idea to transfer money from a starting character and you have probably experienced this by how many get ban by this rule. I can see where you are coming from but this is not the case i did not encourage or teach my brothers anything, they simply came up with the idea on their own.

As far as me breaking the rule in 2021 ill be real man, it was my first time starting RP i was a complete noob in every sense of the way, since then i have engaged in many different Rp Scenarios and now a different person, one that understand that there is no need and no gain in cheating for money, which brings me on the next point of getting the" 150k.

The 150k was a by product of the steel I worked so hard to smelt, we sold 500 steel to "The Lost" the night before and the day after id believe someone we sold them an extra 250 and then I was transferred what I was owed from the deal.

Like i said before, im being completely honest and genuine with you guys and i have been very eager to get unban and join my friends, i understand in my past in 2021 i may broken the rules but like i said i was brand new to RP and since then i have been taking it much more serious and can be vouched for by anyone that met me during my week.

With bans of this nature it does come with a few things, Such as in your case a full character wipe. In relation to the full wipe what I mean by this is all money, Vehicles, Inventory ect will be removed. Do you agree to this?

Lets say you get into a situation where you and your brothers want to get money quick in the future. How would you do this? 

 
I do agree to the full character wipe.

Like i stated before I did not benefit from this and i was making my money in many various ways, me personally I've invested my time and skill in being a mechanic who mines in his spare time i cannot speak for how they plan to but i can assure you it will not be in a cheating manor. thank you again for the time and sorry for any inconvenience we have caused you.

 
No problem. This has been done and your character has been wiped. I am willing to give you another chance to return however it should go without saying that should you break another rule within the 6 month period as outlined by the fair bans system then you will end up right back here. 

I would highly suggest reading both our GTA and community rules so you are fully aware of these moving forward. If you do end up returning to this section then you may find it more difficult to get another chance. Don't let me down and I hope not to see you back in the appeals section moving forth.
