Unban Appeal for Surgay unban v7

Reason given for your ban: duping/trolling

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: i was allowed to come back as a nhs member for a period of time before i was able to go back to being a crim due to a previous ban, whilst on this i didnt stick to it fully and did criminal activities and watched people dupe and didnt report it. i then went into teamspeak going off of my previous ban appeal and did some immature things

Why should we unban you ?: i feel/would like to be unbanned as i think now its been 3-4 years since i was banned and since then i have matured alot, i have recently started to get back into fivem and on the current server i play some rpuk members also play and from what they have told me the server seems really good. I also feel like i should be unbanned as i realise although it is just a game it effects other people on how they can play the server and the economy also became unbalanced ruining the server. I should also be unbanned as i learnt from that mistake a long time ago and that i should have clipped/reported it to you guys when i saw peope duping and that even if i consider them mates i should still hold the server rules above that. I will end with although its been 3 years since my last ban i understand that doesnt automatically qualify for an unban, however i now know how to conduct myself in a manor online and no longer find the immature stuff funny. I also understand the server is serious rp and that it is strict which is why i thought id mention i have played paid serious rp servers and never received a ban. If i can have another chance id appreciate it so i can show my rp skills and that i am alot different from the arma 3 rp days.

With this appeal so far, I don´t see why we should unban you. The only reasons you have given are why you wish to be unbanned and why you think you should be unbanned - but why would we?

you should unban me because my standard of rp from arma 3 compared to now on fivem is leaps and bounds above what it once was. You should unban me because i can benefit the server in a positive way and create fun and unique scenes for players on the server. You should also unban me as the rp from what the arma 3 server was to what the fivem server is our two complete different standards of rp. now like mentioned my bans weren't for rp reasons and i understand explaining to you about my rp standards is irrelevant in that point, however i feel like with almost everyone that childish stuff gets weeded out with time and growth as a person.  From what i was then is nothing like the person i am now. Which leads to my conclusion as to why you should unban me. plain and simple i can rp well, benefit the city and show you the i am nothing like what i used to be on arma 3. I dont make these silly comments, get drawn in with the crowd or succumb to peer pressure. i control and conduct myself in a manner the server would find adequate.

Talk me through a roleplay scenario you've been a part of that you believe is high quality and unique.

 
not sure if you guys have it on here but i server i play currently has the ability to play as a kid ped for families ect.

so im an officer getting a call to stab city up north, i travel up there and take a look. out comes a family of 3 hill billies with a kid. the rp and acting is pretty good and the person playing the kid ped is doing a pretty convincing role of a tantrum/crying. i designated one of my officers on the scene to take the kid to the side and calm them down whist i spoke to the parents. during this scene i used different emotes and a few /me lines that added to the overall experience. we radioed into ems to get them to come and do a welfare check and an inspection on the living premises and everything. We then after a while decided it was not a fit living situation and from just a 999 call it turned into a whole court scene to remove the child from custody of the parents i think in total involving around10-15 different players just from a small scene.

 
Sounds interesting.

How do I know if we give you a chance to play on our server you won't do something similar to what you did before? Do you realise the implication your actions could have/had on the server overall?

my biggest reason is id say ive grown up and that over the last 3 years  i find that type of behaviour cringe icl. along with duping i dont really care for that anymore, im more focused on rp then i am having the most money or expensive cars because rp is where most of the fun/entertainment comes from. over the last 3 years i have had time to think about how my actions did effect the server and that if i were to be unbanned how i would approach similar situations and rather than involve myself i would be the person getting the clip and doing something about it. Ultimately the only way i can really prove myself is to show you in the live if i were to be allowed back onto the server.

they affected the server in a way where crims felt like they could just turn the server into a shooting range as because of my duping and not stopping others from duping it meant people had no fear of losing what was supposed to be an expensive weapon because it tanked the price. I also think it affected the server as back then it was heavily peer influenced so if your friend was doing it often most times the whole group would do it. This is valid for the poor rp to the exploits and other things like that. In relevance to my comments i think for new people just joining or people that could see the immaturity it would have turned them away from the server seeing the names i connected with and other things like that.

At the moment im not too sure, i currently play police on my current server with a few other rpuk police members so i suppose that would be my main goal. I also have 2 other characters i have in mind. I could bring back surgay and go down a crim business enterprise route or my third character and become a gang member.

Alright heres what I'll do, I'm willing to unban you however there is a catch.

Usually as per the fair bans system if you are banned for ANY rulebreaks within a 6 month period of your unban you will be back to a permanent ban which you will have to appeal which will still apply to yourself however in your circumstances I want to add if you are banned for anything in relation to exploiting/duping etc you will have a 6 month cooldown before you can appeal.

Do you agree to this?

 
yes i agree and i appreciate you and the staff team for giving me another chance. With this unban im assuming i will have access to my forum profile, the discord and then the ficem server or?

@Surgay unban v7Some more things have come to light since I have researched your ban... you were 1.6'd.. Why didn't you mention this in your original appeal?

i assumed you already knew that, ive been unbanned from a few 1.6 bans and was just going off of my last appeal for reasons why i was banned. like i said its been years and its not exactly at the forefront of my mind as to why i was band other than what was on my last appeal.
