In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was banned for combat logging in a scenario with another RP character (police officer).

Why should we unban you ?: Firstly i want to apologise for my actions for breaking the rules of the RP server whick i know isnt fair to other RP characters and Staff who take alot of time to make sure that everyone has a fantastice experiences.

I took a selfish decision to combat log during a scenario thinking only for myself hoping to gain aid only to back fire which is only fair.
I do reralise now that my decision to break the rules/laws wasnt fair the the RP community and the police officer involved.
Having this time away from the RP community i have had time to reflect on my actions as ive not gone out my way to find a new RP server, only because ive lost the motivation to take part as i believe i should take my punishment on the head and carry out my sentence.
This has been the longest 5-6 months when it comes to taking part in a RP community, I have truely missed being able to jump on the server and being able to create scenarios/friendships and being part of a great community, i believe over this time i can really say that i took the selfish way out and i regret my decisions on that day every day. I can say confidently that if i was given the chance again which i hope i can show you, that i will not combat log again and i will run out the RP scenario what ever the out come.

Regarding my first appeal i believe i was being naive and stupid and showed no respect towards the staff when first attempting my appeal. I guess you could say pulling the wool over your eyes for my own gain trying to get a quicker apeal or unban.
when realising there is a zero tolerance with the BS and hit with futher ban.
I should have know this would have happend but my only thinking was denial and arrogance.
I now know the level you expectancy you hold to RP players and i can now truely say sorry for the actions ive done, i have truely missed RP now not even attempted to join other communities becasause of my behavour.

I now know what is expected of me going forward and i hope i can show you that.

Good evening @Struders95, I hope all is well!

Your previous appeals haven't gone well leading up to this, you've now lied twice to us.

First appeal stating that your PC crashed, now you say that you had logged out and admit to it.
Second appeal you've used external help to write your appeal, when confronted about it then decided to lie again resulting in it being declined.

If you keep lying to us in your only chance to return here, why should we bother looking at this appeal?

Firstly thank you for taking the time to deal withy appeal.

Honestly I believe I took RP for granted, when at first this all came about during the appeal I was is in denial having put in so many hours, being arrogant and not believing that something like this could happen to me and not fully being committed to the RP rules.

I think at the time all I wanted to do was get back to RP as quickly as possible without truly going through the system correctly and cutting corners.

I can fully expect that there is no trust on your behalf and I would have my doubt if it was me, but for the last 5-6 months I've while not being able to jump on RP I've been doing my research and watching streams and I can truthfully say I now know that RP is not like normal GTA it's away of being a character that you've created and want to experience a certain type of life.  

Like I said before I being naive and because of my own actions I got more time away which I regret badly I'm just hoping because of my long time away it shows you that I respect what I lost and wouldn't want to risk that again

You said you had logged out at the time in hope to gain aid?
We're you frustrated/annoyed at the situation which sparked you logging out? We're you trying to save items? Were you trying to have your character remember the situation?

Hi, 

I would agree with you 100% when you say "we're you frustrated/annoyed at the situation". Moments before I had a RP scenario with that same police officer but to my advantage I was saved by the storm, so then when the storm was over I got cocky and arrogant thinking I was safe to carry on. So when I did get found out the 2nd time I panicked and was looking for a way out hoping nothing will of come from it.

I don't believe it was to save items or help the character remember I think it was more of I didn't want to be arrested as I thought I was better than that or then as a police officer.

So the overall reason for you disconnecting during an active situation was due to the fact you were frustrated/annoyed.
This to me displays a win/loss mentality which is not what we want here as this is a roleplay server at the end of the day! We're looking for players whom can embrace and enjoy any given situation rather than getting annoyed.

Do you often break rules out of frustration?

Morning, 

I realise that now, it's not about competition and winning or losing, on a normal day to day basics I wouldn't have acted this way.

I believe like I said that because of the short amount of time between both incidents it was all abit much but I agree with you it's not acceptable for my behaviour.

I don't normally act this way in any way of life I'm pretty calm and collective guy. To be honest this is the first time I've ever been banned or in trouble with admin in any gaming community, I'm not really one to break the rules so I don't put myself in these situations.

Some may disagree with my decision in giving you a second chance to play on this server so I would consider yourself lucky.
You've been away from here now for just over 5 months, I believe you've had enough time to think over your actions.

I will ignore the fact you've lied to us twice now, but will not forget it as it has not gone in your favour at all. 
Honesty is the best policy in this community, if you began in this manner than you would've been unbanned a lot sooner but you've only caused yourself the extended wait time.
Other than this, your record has been clean overall. 

I notice you've two 'Ryan Strudwick' characters, due to character separation I have name reset the most recently created one which you may change upon attempting to log in again.
Please, read over the rules before connecting to ensure we don't end up back here again.

Any ban you receive within the next 6 months will be a permanent, meaning you'll be back in the appeals section and the likelihood of us wanting to entertain another appeal from you will be next to zero.
