Reason given for your ban: Rule |G2.9

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I think I was banned because I sold Items to the same person on 2 different characters.

Why should we unban you ?: I believe I should be unbanned because this is a Massive misunderstanding, I did in fact sell Items to the same person over 2 different characters for very different reasons ok here go. So I have 1 character which is Winston Lin, Now my original intention of creating this character was to try so police RP. I applied was successful however gained a criminal record after an altercation took place outside casino, Now after that I had made some money and got a few cars then blew the rest of the balance in the casino. so Sold the rest of my cars because the idea was dead and I had a DM letting me know there was no way that Winston was ever going to join the police and that I should just create a new character. So I let that dream die and changed back to my old character yesterday which is Stirling Lin, I then sold the contents of my apartment to a few people however one of them was the same person I sold a car to as Winston however The Items were sold at market value and Ive been around the block to know not to break the rules and put my self or anyone else in the face of a ban. Thats all from me I am genuinely confused as to why this happened and hope we can straighten this out

What's changed between your ticket a few hours ago and now? Your attitude seems completely different as it seemed like you had no intent on appealing

So you're a completely changed man, all within the space of a few hours?
I was under the impression you had no intent of appealing, which to me shows that you know you've done wrong. 

 
I think there’s been a small miscommunication that was the ticket aha. In terms of the ban I was retiring my winston character as he was supposed to be law abiding and law enforcing character. I sold the a car to blow it in the casino before I put him to rest and then I needed to generate funds on my main character Stirling and had a sort of open house allowing players into my gaff to choose what they wanted and pay. I realise I sold the car to on the winston character and also sold materials to the same player it was a big flop on my end if I’m honest I do try my best to keep within the rules and if allowed back in my Winston character will be deleted as I have no use for him due to his criminal record and communications within rp suggest he winston will never be a copper so I would be looking to have a kickstart back to my life of crime with my Stirling character. I apologise and do promise I would not happen again

G2.9 ban all come with conditions due to the severity of the rule break. 
For us the proceed with this appeal, the following conditions would need to be set.

You've already stated your Winston Lin character will be deleted, this will be processed by us.
As for Stirling Lin, he will receive a full character wipe. This includes money, assets, items, houses, stashes etc. Do you accept these conditions?

I believe you've received a big enough punishment for the rulebreak by having your character wiped and another deleted.
You're a new(ish) player here and up until now have had a clean record.
Please, take this opportunity to read over the server rules and make sure you're aware of what is going on within the game!

Any ban you receive within the next 6 months will be a permanent following the 6 month FBS system. Please do not waste the chance.
