Reason given for your ban: Rule 1.2
In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was immediately banned after saying "Nothing was said you fucking nonce" to a guy who had RDM'd my friend and then RDM'd me while we were driving just outside of Kavala. His defence was that he told us that my friends vehicle would be disabled but we both heard nothing as we were driving and even if he was using local chat, he was not within close enough proximity to hear him as he's chasing us at a fair distance away.
Why should we unban you ?: Without context, I am aware the situation doesn't sound good. I've been in this server since 2014 where I had never been warned or been banned prior to this. I was not angry at him as I've got plenty of money to start my new life and despite the fact he had RDM'd me and my friend, neither of us wanted to go through the hassle of having an argument within teamspeak to try and get him warned or banned as it could have just been a misunderstanding. My friend and the guy were discussing it and I chimed in with that with no malicious intent and I paid the price.
I do apologise, I had no idea it would get me immediately banned by the auto ban, much less a perma ban for my first ban. It was definitely a stupid thing to say, I realised that as soon as I'd said it.
I play on this server to have a good time with my friends and my regretful action now prevents me from doing so.
