In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: Firstly I want to say that im sorry for breaking a community rule which is C1.6

So lets take this back a month ago. It all started of all of Yakuza sitting in a discord call and Ben Smiths(not actual irl name) internet cutting off. So basically a childish joke originated from this and the joke was called Ben is on Sky broadband. However I do not know why I proceeded to check it out myself, I guess I decided to be some kind of big man in the group chat and I still do not know why I sent a grabify link to this day as finding out what internet provider a person uses is not so smart. Being there at the time I didnt feel like I was doing anything wrong as I was surrounded by people that had the same intention of finding out this information. Therfore I sent the grbify link, which after couple of days it backfired on me as people believed I would use this information to boot them offline. Firstly I would like to apologise to all the people that believed I would do such a thing. I would say when im under the influence of not the right group of people I decide to do stupid things, and this is unfortunetely one of them . This is really a dumb thing to do as I know do know what was on the line (over 800hours+potentially wasted, potentially not being part of this amazing community anymore.) However taking it back to the whole discord thing Ben Smith took it as a bit of a joke, and im good mates with him to this day. However that does still not change the fact what I actually did as by sending this link, people in the discord server could feel endangered and unsafe because I know what terrible things people can do with these Ip grabbers and with Ips. I had no plan of doing this stuff ,It was just to have  a little bit of a laugh with the rest of the boys. I really apologise about this behaviour and as I said I do not know why I did this type of stuff and again I would like to apologise to the people that felt endangered by my appaling behaviour.

Why should we unban you ?: I would really love to be unbanned as basically all my free time I spend on this server which basically makes my day. The other servers cannot compare to this one .This RP server is the best non whitelisted servers that ever existed. Thats why I have over 800hrs on this and I would love to have way more .Its really dissapointing that I commited this mistake as I should be more mindfull of what I am doing and how I can make other people feel endangered. In this month I had a little bit of a re-think of what I actually did and how I stupidly followed through the sequence of sending a grabify link. Due to this I will be thoughtfull not only In RP but also while using externals and mainly not being stupid and sending out grabify links. I would just really like to be a part of this server again ,and I promise I will not commit any further rule breaks inside or outside of RP. During this month I saw how much this server means for me and how much I miss playing it.

Whether your intentions were malicious or not, is of little importance in this case, merely the fact that you sent someone an IP grabber in the first place raises some serious red flags to me. Although there's no specific law preventing someone from targeting you with an IP grabbing tool, this is still a serious offense from a community standpoint, regardless if you violated UK law or not in using any of the information gained though your IP grabber (DDoS attack, GDPR/DPA infringements etc.), it is an offense that comes with dire consequences.

I would not feel like I am acting in the best interest of the community by allowing the chance of such being posted on any of our platforms, although we cannot restrict everyone from posting for this purpose, given your history; you will remain restricted. 
As of such, I have decided to not allow this appeal to go any further, as I do not see how you'd be a valuable member to our community, but rather, a potential risk.
