Reason given for your ban: C2.3

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was banned due to C2.3 however I do not believe it was all of my fault ,first of all this situation happened when I got put in cuffs my vision went weird , all the time goes weird while being in cuffs and sometimes my game crashes and that happens (due to ram -motherboard channels messed up),however when that happened I logged right back on ,went to the Police Station and told them what has happened and they told me its not up to them anymore its up to the god .The  next thing they told me was to wait in a cell until one of the upper people in the city comes speaks to me.However that was not the case and after just not even 5 minutes of waiting I got banned for section C2.3 .I did not even hesitate after my game crashed ,logged right back on told my mate to drop me of to the PD,maybe there will be someone that you can speak to from that time to confirm what I just said (Police working on duty at that time 24th september around 6:30 PM

Why should we unban you ?: I just really want to be unbanned and return to the city and just have fun with all of my mates again,do insane robberies overall just have fun and want to be a part of this community also I have fixed this issue with Ram as I completely changed my pc turns out it werent the ram just the motherboard, and I just do not want to lose all these hours that I spent on this server over one and half years,  I also do not understand this as I came back to the PD 10 minutes later, appreciate you reading my appeal

Hello there @Steve Kruger,

I would like to start off with saying that I higly recommend for you to be honest and come clean in your appeal.

I have had a look trough our system and from what I can see, you exited the game.

Would you be able to provide a crash log or other evidence that your game did in fact crash and that you did not leave to avoid being caught by the police?

 
Right im sorry I want to come clean it might be too late but its worth a shot . I lied i thought i would be in less trouble as I got scared of people being not unbanned Im really sorry yes as you said I exited the game and went back to the Police Station as I got shook and remembered the rules but that was too late . After I got banned I realised how much this city means for me and how much time I spent on this city . 

I committed a mistake and i sincerely apologise so I promise If I get one more chance this will not happen again   

This is all I have to say I understand if you do not accept this as these are not really reasonable points

If you were given the chance to come back, what steps would you take to prevent this from happening in the future?

To prevent from happening in the future just to be honest stop being stupid and leaving when I just feel like it, also I will need to re-read the rules about this (C2.3) ,as I said this will not happen again.

 
Can you quote me the rule that you broke and explain it to me in your own words why we have this rule in place on our server?

C2.3 -Left mid arrest / police chase this rule is here in place for realism and fairness and I mean fairness by people leaving after someone such as a Police Officer did all of his best to catch the person and the person suddenly leaves, and the police officers work goes to nothing.

Without this rule this server will not be fun and just really pointless as I mentioned it would be unfair.
