Reason given for your ban: C1.2

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was banned late last year for spouting racist slurs and remarks towards fellow RP'ers. This obviously was out of order and against the server rules and high standards expected of the community.

Why should we unban you ?: Hi, just to start off my recent appeal was closed/timed out as I was on holiday and didn't respond to Stuart's question regarding why I done what I done in the first place.

In response to Stuart all I can really say is I was having a terrible day and for whatever reason I spouted the most hateful, racist, vulgar language imaginable. Of course this is no excuse and you may be thinking what's to stop this from happening again if I ever have a bad day, the truth is I have done a lot of self reflecting and healing. I can control my anger issues and stress levels. I can't tell you why I was saying racist things, I am not a racist person but that is what came out of my mouth at the time. Again Stuart, all I can really say is I have changed and I hope you can give me a chance to prove that. If I still haven't fully satisfied you then I'm happy to remain banned and just move on with my life.

Hi Phoenix, I have appealed on 2 previous occasions and was denied on both appeals and told to wait until sometime in January before reappealing. I joined the server to have fun and roleplay, this was my first ever experience on any form of roleplaying server so it was all new to me. 

I did have fun on the server and unfortunately due to my own actions I was banned quite rightly for breaking the rules by being racist. But as I have mentioned on numerous occasions I have changed and would like to prove that point by allowing me back on the server and seeing that I am not a hate filled person like I was on the day I was banned. I had issues and brought real life problems that were happening into the server and unleashed them on the community in the form of a spur of the moment racist rant. It was disgusting behaviour yes but all I can say again is that I am truly sorry and I have had time to think about my actions and rectify them through inner healing and self reflection.

I would just like another chance because I do miss the seriousness of the roleplaying and the community itself. Please consider my plea and note that I have changed, I promise you that.

What has made you change in the space of 3 months?

How have you changed? I understand you've said you're trying to be less derogatory, but how are you ensuring this remains the case?

I took time in real life to work on myself and fix my situation, joined the gym and worked on my mental health and anger issues. This in turn has changed me as a person and I am no longer filled with the anger and hate I was 3 months ago, I know my triggers and how to deal with them rather than go on a racist tirade or whatever it may be. As I said, I can only give you my word and if you were to monitor my actions on the server you would see a different person completely.

Yes at the time I was still pretty heated and frustrated, I did in my eyes post a genuine appeal but to this admin it came across as a half assed attempt and I felt he was being rude so I went to his profile to comment. Looking back I should have just left it and appealed again in the future without leaving posts on admins pages. I did however take the advice of someone else who commented saying to take it on the chin like a man and do not reply, which I done. So I did restrain myself to some degree. But again, that was in the past and I can't change that, all I can change and have changed is my attitude and behaviours to date.

By not being reactive at all to whatever it is I may be annoyed or frustrated at, as mentioned previously I know how to control my emotions now and not react/lash out.

 
Alright, I believe you've learnt your lesson in this regard. It should go without saying that anything further will result in you back here and you may find it hard to return. Furthermore, any bans in the next 6 months will be permanant and will need appealing, following the FBS.
