In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: As to why I'm banned I have no idea, I have tried and provided the best roleplay to my ability, I haven't gone out of my way to break rules or cause trouble as I enjoy the server and want to play it still.

Why should we unban you ?: I should be unbanned because I enjoy playing the server a lot even though I have only been playing on the FiveM server for about a month, the community is quite unique and there's nothing else really like it as you don't really find roleplay standards this good anywhere else, if I've broken a rule I apologise as I have tried my best provide the best roleplay with every interaction in game while also abiding by the rules as it wouldn't even be a thought in my head to get banned from a server that I've put to much effort into by making friends while roleplaying and trying to contribute to the community while ingame.

I have been playing the fivem server for around a month now as I was informed by a friend that there was some sort of mass unban email sent out. After being told this information I tried connecting to the server and was successful so I assumed I was part of the unban. Obviously with my recent ban, I was wrong to think this and I can only apologise. This isn't my first time in the community, I have been around since 2014 and played until around 2016-2017, that is when I was blanket banned for being in a gang called 'Pavilion' on the Arma server. The gang back then which I was part of was very toxic and that being paired with how young and childish I was, didn't go well for me at all. I was around a lot of immature people and when hanging around with the wrong crowd, your actions and words can be awful. After I was banned, I then said something very childish and uncalled for to a staff member, and I really do apologise for this. Being only 15 at the time of the ban, I didn't fully think about the consequences of my actions. As the many years have gone past, I have matured and changed for the good. I am now 21 years old, I have grown a lot as a person and am now an adult, not the immature and toxic teenager I once was. I have thought back to my ban and Arma days and reflected on how my actions affected other people and this community. I am very sorry.

During my free time, the fivem server is all I really play. When I'm not at work or busy, I really enjoy my time spent in this community and have met some great people when playing again over the last month. I ensure my roleplay is to high standard at all times and now try make it enjoyable for everyone I interact with. I genuinely enjoy playing this server and believe its the best out there. If I was to be unbanned, I can promise that the old person who was banned all those years ago will never show or reflect on myself or my character. Thank you for taking the time to read this, and again, I apologise for how the old me acted.

Hi Samantha, Thank you for taking the time to reply. In regards to the VAC ban, this was for the game CSGO. However, as bad as it looks, it’s not what you think. The cheats were not used in a matchmaking lobby against normal players, as I would never do this to disrupt people trying to play fairly.

A friend recommended a server to me called ‘hack vs hack’. He gave me a free cheat to use and stupidly I went on it as boredom struck. Again, this was not used in a harmful way to disrupt the normal matchmaking servers and players, only on a separate server where everyone uses hacks.

I would not go out my way to use harmful or malicious hacks to ruin other peoples experiences on a game, as I know and fully understand it ruins other peoples days. When I’m not working, I want to enjoy the free time I get by playing with new friends I’ve made on the RPUK server. Since playing again it’s the most fun I’ve had gaming in a long long time. Not only have I met amazing people, the roleplay is amazing and the community is great, and I really want to stay part of it. To reiterate, as bad as this looks on me, the hacks were never used with bad intent or to purposely ruin normal matchmaking games, they were only used on the specific CSGO server previously mentioned. Most of all, I would never cheat on a game or server that I genuinely love playing, as not only does it affect me not being able to play and spend time with my friends, as we can see my immature past actions already have done, most importantly it affects the amazing community that I wish to be involved in again.

As you are well aware I was here as staff during your so called "toxic teens" days. You done a lot of stupid things and paid the price for those. As much as I would like to believe that you have changed it's very hard to not think of that "toxic teen" with everything that you did. You caused a lot of issues with this community in the past why do you want to be part of it now?

Hi Robbie, I agree with you, I did a lot of stupid things back then, and I did indeed pay the price for my actions. As stated before, hanging around with the wrong crowd and being a young teenager that wasn’t mature and wanted to show off, was a recipe for disaster. As I’ve grown older I have realised and come to understand that the main thing in RP is making the roleplay enjoyable for everyone and in a manner that is friendly and fun. There’s no space for toxic and immature people when everyone is here for a good time. When playing on the server recently, I’ve had nothing but a good and fun time, it’s been incredible! I really do apologise for how my stupid teenager self acted back then, and I truly regret my actions and words.

The reason I want to be part of the community again is because as I said before, it’s the most fun I’ve had gaming in a long time. I’ve met some amazing people and made new friends. This server is by far the best out there, from the staff team, to the players, the community is truly remarkable. Over the short time I’ve had playing on the server again, I’ve had great interactions with people and have always put roleplay at the front of my mind. Even if a situation doesn’t go my way, I will always make sure the RP is high quality and the experience is still enjoyable and fun for everyone involved. The friends I’ve made recently on the server too are amazing people, and it would be a shame if I could never speak or game with them again because of my past actions as a young teenager. The staff are also excellent, they’re very active and always change and spice up the server, there’s never a dull day on RPUK. Overall, the community is 100% the best out there, and I really do wish I can be part of it going forward. I can only apologise for how the old me acted, and I can promise you that now I am an adult, I’ve grown a lot as a person. My past self will never show or come through in my own personality or my character.

Hi Robbie, Thanks for getting back to me. Again, I agree. I really do apologise for everything. Relating back to the VAC ban, I explained as best I could about that situation. It was very stupid of me to get it, but please don't let this affect the desire I have to play on this server and be in this community once again.

Since being back in the server, I spent the first few weeks learning the ropes and brushing up on my roleplay. Every time I interacted with someone, it was always a pleasant experience. I loved it. I spent a lot of my spare time in the server and was grinding a lot. I was doing a lot of jobs like Taxi, selling drugs after finding out where to buy and how to sell them, and just the usual bits and bobs. I bought my first car in the city which was an accomplishment for me as all the hours I was putting in, I managed to buy myself something that I was proud of. After I was getting used to the city and roleplay again, I decided to try and find new people to be with and hang around. I wanted to interact and roleplay with new people, make new friends. I met a gang and they welcomed me in after proving myself to them through loyalty and my dedication to getting on the server everyday and playing. Since being with the group, I have managed to be apart of some great roleplay scenarios. These include big things like going to gang meetings and selling other groups drugs/guns, and even the smaller things like going to pick apples/oranges and collecting oil for the gangs shop that they own. The people in the gang are very strict on RP, and this has helped me be even better and provide some great roleplay for others too.

I can promise I have come back to the community to be respectful and start a clean slate on my part. When I started playing again, I knew I wanted to be a completely different person to the old me that played all those years ago. I strongly believe I have done that so far, and will continue to do that if given the chance. At the end of the day, this community is amazing and the server is the best I have seen. I've thoroughly enjoyed my time so far and I wish for that to continue. No roleplay situation is too big or too small, I am willing to put in the time and effort to be a valuable and respectful member to this community. Again, I really do appreciate the responses and the time you have given me to explain myself and for me to send my apologies, as you could have quite easily turned me away from the beginning. I am hoping you can trust my words, trust that I have changed for the better, and give me the chance to prove myself, which I know is difficult because of my past. But I promise I would not let you, the staff or myself down if given this opportunity.

Well I must admit, this has been a very difficult appeal to deal with due to your history. There is a part of me that thinks you do not deserve a chance but also a part of me that wants to see this mature version of you and see if you have actually changed. So I am going to give you this opportunity.

I WANT TO MAKE THIS CLEAR.

This is a golden chance! Any slip up from this point onwards you won't get another. If you remain clean for 6 months you will then get put onto the fair ban system as you would have proven to us that you have indeed changed. People do slip up we understand that however I can't state this enough I have taken a risk unbanning you with all the issues you have caused in the past so do not ruin it.
