Why do you think you were banned: i was banned because my email has has 06 in it even though i was 18. the other reason i was banned was because i was using the megaphone bug where i could use the megaphone and people across the city could hear me.
Why should we unban you: i think i should be unbanned because since my time away i have learned from my mistakes and not to use any exploits anymore. i done it orignally as a joke because others were as well so i thought it would be funny to join in but clearly i didnt think that far about getting banned. back to me streaming the call to the hustlers, i didnt know it was a rulebreak so i thought it would be okay for them to listen. i didnt tell them to go into the discord either to talk shit, that was their decision. i would like to prove to you that i have matured and that my rp has changed since then has changed drastically in my time since been gone. while i was in the call gordon said that my rp was good so i would like to show you that. lying about my age was stupid and i am sorry for it, i just enjoyed playing the city so i lied to keep playing which i know is wrong but i just wanted to keep playing so thats why i would to try and build your trust again. ive said it a few times but im gonna say it again, i am very sorry to gordon about breaching the teamspeak call by sharing it to the hustlers. if i was to come back it would be much appreciated and i wouldnt be able to thank you enough

Thank you for putting a little more effort into your appeal this time, I have a few questions for your appeal

You say that you were doing the Megaphone exploit as a joke 'because others were as well', does this mean that if other players were breaking other rules this would make it alright for you to do?

You were told several times by both other players and staff to stop using the Megaphone exploit, why did you continue to do so after being told to stop?

There is a lot of deflection going on in this appeal, for example..

i didnt tell them to go into the discord either to talk shit, that was their decision

Whilst it wasn't your decision for them to join, it was your decision to stream the call, from a staff room, on Teamspeak where conversations are to be kept private. If we wanted the conversation to be public, we would have done it in a public channel. Why did you think that it was okay for you to stream the chat to others?

One last thing,

You have lied about your age in the past, how can we be sure that we can trust your word that you are in fact 18 and not making another attempt to play on the server whilst being PEGI?

to answer your first question, no i wouldnt because i really didnt think it was a serious rule break so i just done it. being told several times by players and staff, i actually didnt know becauase at the time i remember that at the time i played announcements went out in ooc chat and i didnt look there.

to me streaming the teamspeak call, i thought it wouldve been okay but now that i look back at it i know it was wrong and it was a stupid mistake from my end. i now know that teamspeak is for private calls and private calls only.

i know i said ive lied about my age and that was just an idiotic thing from me i just wanted to play the server as i enjoyed it and others enjoyed my rp. when my ban happened liam, the person who banned me, told me to appeal in the following december because he thought i wasnt 18, so i appealed but he had left staff not long before which i didnt know about. it has been a year and a half since my ban so i hope you can see that i have changed and that i can hopefully come back.
