Why do you think you were banned: I was originally banned for using the meganphone bug. The bug was when you could use the megaphone and everyone in the city could hear you. I am very sorry about this and it was such an immature act from me and i was doing it for a joke without realising the consequences. The other reason for my ban was being PEGI. When i first started playing i said i was 19 until i was banned this is when i continued the lie by saying i was 20 years old until liam saw my email which had 06 in it. I was genuinely being honest where i said i was born in june so i used it in my email.
Why should we unban you: I think i should be unbanned becauase i would be grateful if i was to be given another chance to show you how much i have matured and learnt after i have refelected on my actions. Within the time i have had off from rpuk, its made me see that my actions ruin not only my own but other peoples roleplay experience. When i was playing rpuk i would like to think that my rp was good and made sure that other people around me enjoyed it as well. At the time of my ban i had turned 18 days just before but i do admit throughout my time playing i was underage, making me do such stupid acts which i now obviously regret. I am very sorry for everything this has come to and i hope i am given another chance to play again. I would also like to say sorry to Gordon in specific because of what happened in the teamspeak call which took place when i got banned

Can you tell me what happened in TeamSpeak as to why your apologising to Gordon about?
 
to be honest it was a year and a half ago so my memories not the best but it was something to do with the pegi and i was in a discord call at the same time and everything just kicked off and we started arguing about how i was in call as well. so thats why im apologising because it was just wrong of me to be in a call while having a private converstation with him.
 
Why did you stream a private conversation to about 10 people?

After this conversation why did you and your mates bring it to a public chat on discord and start arguing about it?
 
i genuinely wasnt thinking at the time. then about going into a public chat, i dont know if you mean text or call but i have no clue what youre on about

This was one of the things you said,

okay that helps thank you, so at the time i was streaming to the hustlers as i was a hangaround. Gordon could hear my call and i admitted to streaming but he never asked me to end it or nothing just said "get fucked and stay banned". i understand the fustration on his behalf because it was a private call and it was just wrong on me. therefore i cant be held accountable on everyones opinion, i can only be held accountable on my own actions which i do apologise for.
 
What made you want to stream the private TeamSpeak conversation? Were you seeking validation from others, or was it something else?
 
Why did you feel it was appropriate to bring it into a public Discord chat?

What have you learned about dealing with disagreements with staff or players since then?
 
sorry for the such late replies,

i just wasnt thinking at the time and the hustlers wanted to listen in so i didnt think much of it.

ive learned that you should always listen to staff when it comes to these kind of situations and not let other peopls decisions reflect on what i do.

How can we trust you to follow the rules now when you’ve already broken them by lying about your age?
 
i didnt think it was acceptable at the time i just enjoyed playing the city so i didnt wanna get banned.

im hoping to be trusted since its been 1 year and a half and the megaphone and being pegi was the only rule breaks i had.

After careful consideration of the information you’ve shared and the circumstances surrounding your ban, we have decided to deny your appeal at this time.

While we appreciate your understanding of the mistakes you made, there are several factors that have led to this decision:
  1. Although you have admitted to some, your responses tended to shift blame or minimize responsibility, in relation to streaming the private conversation and in the public discord chat.
  2. While you’ve mentioned that you’ve matured over the past year and a half, we have not seen specific examples of this. Simply stating that time has passed does not prove that you’ve changed.
  3. Lying about your age to bypass server rules and streaming a private conversation are actions that severely broke our trust. These actions make it difficult for us to have any confidence in you to be a trustworthy player to have in our community.
That said, we believe in giving players the chance to learn from their mistakes. While this appeal has been denied, we encourage you to reflect further on the responsibility and the trust required to be part of our community.

You can reappeal in a month time (03/02/2025), If you wish to appeal again.
