Following an interaction in a ticket, I have received instruction that I may submit an appeal to clear up the situation surrounding my age and appeal my ban.
Upon joining the server and until recently I was 17 years old. I admit to lying to staff about my age and I deeply apologise for my actions. The reason behind this was an attempt to pass the PEGI checks as I was under the age limit at the time. This is why I followed through with the story, claiming I was 20 in my previous appeal in order to ensure everything lined up with the data you may have collected in previous conversations. I have now turned 18, as of 21/06/2023, making my birthdate 21/06/2005. In regards to my last appeal i was questioned on the 06 in my email adress, i told the full truth and it does represent the month of my birth date.
I understand that lying to staff is a bannable offence, and how severe the consequences can be - it breaks the trust between a player and the staff team, and is a completely disrespectful and unintegral thing for me to do. I cannot express how sorry I am, and can only hope you give me another chance to show you my good intentions for the community, as well as the opportunity to rebuild the trust that was once there between myself and the staff team.
Next I would like to address the reasoning behind the C1.10 ban. As I have mentioned in my previous appeals, the megaphone situation was a very naïve thing for me to do, and I understand why it is strictly prohibited within this community as, it negatively affects the experience of those looking to play and enjoy the server. I regret my actions in this situation. At the time I thought this was a joke, however after being given time to think about this mishap I understand the importance of not abusing bugs and ruining another's experience whilst doing so. In the future, if given the chance to come back, I will take steps to ensure history does not repeat itself and that my actions are in tune with the rules of the server.
Furthermore, I would like to clear up the TeamSpeak incident with Gordon. I would like to give my apologies to you, Gordon. My actions were out of line and invaded the privacy of our conversation, therefore breaking the confidentiality you had intended for the call to have. Following the TeamSpeak call, I opened a ticket in the community Discord server to shed some light on the situation at hand. His perspective gave me insight on the rude behaviour I had over the course of the conversation, and led to me realising how I tarnished myself in the chat. I can assure you that, going forward, I will control my attitude to create and maintain a friendly, positive personality the community likes.
I truly hope I am given the chance to return to your servers.

Why should we unban you ?: i think i should be unbanned because when i was in city i was bringing great roleplay whenever i am on the server. i ensure to engage with everyone around enticing them to have a good rp experience with me. i love and miss the community. i liked be involved within the roleplay that was around me and taking time away from the city has made me aware of my previous decisions and actions do have consequences. after my time away from the city i have reflected on myself and have taking the corrected steps to make sure none of this happens again.
Moving foward, i am going to tell the full truth. I understand lying is not the way to get out of trouble and this appeal is noting but the truth.
