Reason given for your ban: c2.3

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: i was riding my bike and part of the map disappeared so i must of hit something then i became incapacitated and thats when i decided to combatlog. i now realise that this is a rule break and on my behalf im deeply sorry due to my lack of awareness to the rules

Why should we unban you ?: I have recently glanced over the rules of the server and familiarised myself with them so that i do not lower the standards of my roleplay again. Now my character is extremely close to another which i have roleplayed my entire time on this server. I personally believe that i impact others positively and create long lasting roleplay moments. I also feel that my knowledge on this server allows me to interact with every known scenario. I also enjoy roleplaying during my time on this server and aim to up my quality. I assure you on my side that i shall no longer rulebreak and provide the community with what it needs. i am deeply sorry for not abiding by the standards and i hope to see myself roleplaying with my fellow friends which i have been longing. Thank you for this opportunity i will not let the community down again.

Why did you lie numerous times that you did not Combat Log? This is your second ban for C2.3, surely you didn't think you'd get away with it again?

 
i had a misunderstanding with combatlogging since i was downed due to glitch/lag i believed that i could leave the server and ask the staff to help me later i did not understand that leaving whilst downed is a bannable offense. as i have mentioned i have familiarised myself with the rules of the server and understand that my choice of words could of had appeared as a lie. sorry for the way i dealt with this and i hope you can forgive me for my actions.

 
(C2.3) Combat logging - Logging out at any point during RP is exploiting. Some examples of this include: logging out during a firefight, being chased by the police, arrested by the police, while dead awaiting a medic, logging out in order to save gear, rage-quitting, logging out whilst restrained/detained. Punishment is a permanent ban. Staff can make an informed decision depending on if you’ve made an attempt to resolve the issue. We do suggest you attempt to rejoin the server and continue the roleplay (try messaging them with the mobile system first).

This is the rule that you were previously banned for before this C2.3, you'd assume that you would have known the circumstances where you cannot disconnect. Correct?

 
I will take this into consideration and i thank you for this further guidance and i hope i can better myself during my time on the server in the near future.

 
Have you read the rules? Both Community Rules and GTA RP Rules? I know you're going to reply with "Yes". However, you have been banned for this before and your previous appeal you made it look that you understood the rules but yet here you are...




 
i assure u i have recently had a glance over the rules of the city like i have mentioned, due to my extended ban i decided to insure that i would not commit another rule break no matter the circumstances during my time in the city i would like to reassure you that my time in the city will now be well spent for quality rp and i will enforce the rules upon my self.

How can we trust you when you say you won't break more rules when you can't even follow the simplest rule to not bump your appeal?

 
due to my extremely long absence from my time playing on the server i have realised how much i truly miss it all the friends i had all the fun moments, i now realise that this server was fundamental to my enjoyment i whole heartedly assure you that my time in the server will now be spent wisely yet also to have a fun and an exciting experience.

 
What is the plan for your character if you were to get unbanned. What are there goals going to be, where do you see the progression taking them?

 
i have a really good friend named ollie just who i have roleplayed for my entire time on the server with. my reuntition with him will be phenomenal also since he has recently acquired a spot in a gang i seek to roleplay with, as in game brothers i seek to stick together our entire time on the server and see how our characters unfold.  

 
Gonna need more than "my reuntition with him will be phenomenal" - I'm gonna join the gang he's in and let it play out.

Firstly, I would like to give an insight towards my character where i left of. My said friend Ollie Just is a key part to my character arc. I joined this city with him and have enagaged in all aspects of the server with him. Our characters revolve around eachother and are almost a necesity to belong with eachother. We left of recently purchasing our first weapon of the city and shared a home together. We planned on talking with a gang however thats when i wrongly interrupted my story line with the combat log incident.

For the future i invision me and my brother as a well known group who have made an effort in the city. I hope to make an effort in every aspect of the server including applying to jobs when availabilty is there, working for particular whitelisted groups. However i am most excited for my longed reunion with my in character brother as our story is yet to be finished!
Me and Ollie are barely at the start of our character arc and only slowly becoming aware of the ins and outs of the city, However we have yet to do it all and explore the wider city. The new updates i have yet to re-awake to will be an astounding new adventure i will entoll inwhich my brother as per ususal will have to guide me through this journey in which we will put family first over anything.

What i see happening in the end goal: I see 2 outcomes to my character which will take many months

1 - Me and Ollie rise to be the greatest as we slowly watch our future generation of peope learn from our greatness where we helped all aspects of the community

2 - This is a more unusual approach - as we know rp is completely random meaning the great brothers fall out causing a huge war between two factions. However this is entirely hyperthetical as the future only knows what is to come
I hope that you can see the potential i can bring to the community with my character story (in my opinion being) extremely unique 
I can understand that you may see that my character solely circles this other character Ollie Just, However i can completely assure you that my character itself has a mind unknown to himself what his next move is. So we will see what happens in the future and how my story progresses and develops to a changing environment inwhich i must adapt.

 
So what I've gathered is you plan to either create a group to fight people

Or fight between each other

I can tell you now that the plan isn't unique, it's actually very common.

How would you be trusted enough to lead a group or join one of our whitelisted factions if you struggle to follow the most basic rules?
It just doesn't seem like you're here to roleplay.
It sounds like you want to go around fighting every person that looks the wrong way at your character, try be the biggest baddest pitbull there is.

Are you prone to stop thinking when in heated situations? Would you describe your character as hot headed?

 
I can see how you may assume my character is a person of illegal interests, however i assure you my character seeks to take the path of a calm lifestyle. The hyperthetical life story of the "brothers" is only a possible outcome out of millions. I can easily see myself adding to the community in various ways including aiming to become a skilled worker and seek guidance from those who are at the top of the department. I also may approach this city with a non-agressive approach and seek to spread joy and outgoing experiences within the community As it states only the fututre knows whats to come, i wish i could tell you the story of my character however thats the reason i am so acclaimed to return to this server - to truly see how my story unfolds. My brother in rp maybe exxtremely upset of my random disappearance and it may take time to recuperate that trust between us both.  Now on behalf of the rulebreaking, i cannot assure you enough that my time spent on this server is simply to rp the rest of my days, create a character well built whilst also meeting new people and seeing how they shift and change towards their own story. I will not let you down.

 
The question Liam asked still stands though. You stand banned twice now for this. 

How could we ever trust you after breaking the same rule TWICE?

 
honestly i believe that its a risk that you will have to take however i totally assure you that due to my absence of time on this server i have reflected and ensured my self that i wont break the  rules of this server again. furthermore i simply cannot wait to play on this server once again and enjoy the opportunities it can bring to me and i once again wish to apologize for my past actions and i seek to be a better person in the future.
