In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: i assume that its combatlog however under my circumstances i was unaware of necessary precautions that is needed to take place so i opened a ticket.
Why should we unban you ?: I was on my motorcycle whilst preparing so sell drugs near coalition turf. I experienced mass amounts of lag which is unusual for me and has never taken place before. I ended up dying and requested for an admin in game, unfortunately no one was present to aid me which would have been quick and easy. However shortly after my lag capped out and i disconnected (proven in the clip). I then reloaded back in game approximately 20min after to see if an admin was present. Sadly to no avail i received zero guidance or support from the community. Since i have never been in this situation before, I closed my game and seeked help apon the admins in discord. I took a break as i had things to attend to and apon my surprise i received a notation of my ban. After seeking support as this situation was foreign to me, a ban seems extremely harsh as i was unaware of this classing as a rule break. I simply cried out to an empty crowd and received a crushing ban hammer. Due to this clear misconception i believe i have fallen under a wrongful ban, a clear voice call would allow my explanation to be more clear. Furthermore i do really hope you consider this appeal and do not brush over the true nature of my message, Thank you - A Loving Member of Your Community.
