In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I think i was banned for having an offensive profile of george floyd, and in addition making a post of a dead bl*ck local and with the caption of fellow dead bl*ck man, how dare this happen, curse on you police.

Why should we unban you ?: I am very ashamed i did that perticular night, just the fact i had the audacity to do it makes me very ashamed. I can't remember if i was laughing or not after posting the tweet but if i was i apologize a lot for it. the past month i have been banned i have been just thinking about what i did and why i thought it was a good thing of doing it. Now i think its best for myself to redeem myself because i have been thinking about this a lot. I will never do this again and i have had a clean enough record before the ban. What happened to george floyd was a very unfortunate thing that happened and thanks to the public outcry the police were convicted for their wrongdoing. I have a new life for my character waiting after the ban, i will be contributing in fe-13 a lot and trying to push that doing the things i did is wrong. A lot of things i did was for banter, but some had real meanings, like when i was kicked for putting an question about another persons fear of life break and i got kicked. I have done my best to help people in the city, if i walk past a new person and they ask me for help i go and help them. Sometimes i give them very important info that others just push them around after asking a question. I owned 36 cars and worked with different people, in my 4months in the city. I gave taxis and robbed taxis. I had been saying some wrong things before my ban like saying some jokes that some people didnt like and i would apologize for them. I am very sorry for also saying fucking shemale to some people, i am very ashamed of it. If i had a second chance i would go on and never break a rule, and i promise this, pinky promise. Theoredically if i get unbanned i will, use my times to help people in fe-13, i will grind taxi, contribute, gift, just because i want to. I am sorry again, and even if this gets denied i will still be sorry for it and will keep on becoming better until i am the best. I hope you guys understand what i am saying and i hope you guys have a great day, It is holiday so i don't want to waste your time too much.

Why, just why, what was going through your head, I personally don't understand what was going on to make a joke of that magnitude. 

I am very sorry for also saying fucking shemale to some people, i am very ashamed of it.

you also claimed to have made fun of trans-people, why, just why? Do you often do this, make fun of people's gender/race?
Thanks for admitting all of this, but, I believe you need to take more responsibility than you already did. 

If you've done this in the past, what's the chances you will "slip up" and do something of this level AGAIN? 
How do I know it won't happen?

Sure you may argue the fact you had "clean enough record" before this ban, but then look where we are. - I still feel like you're not taking the responsibility I personally want to see, and even in your previous appeal quoted bellow. 

In your previous appeal you stated and I quote

 I did it with a good intention, but i did it in the worse manner ever and it was very unnaceptable

I am, confused, how, how did you mean this with good intention?

If you KNEW you were saying bad "jokes", or "jokes" that went too far, why still keep going? You claim you've been saying them for a while, and had to sometimes apologize, but if you HAD to apologize, why say those "jokes" at all? 

There's a joke and there's taking it too far, and you took it TOO FAR. - We're trying to create a community where everyone can have fun, enjoy themselves and not come across any of this type of behavior be it; homophobic, transphobic, racist, abusive, borderline edgy. 

Take more responsibility, how do I know if we unbanned you, we won't see each-other for the same thing again? 
I am already giving you more chance by having this conversation, and I am willing to have my mind changed but as of THIS moment, I am on the bench of "DENIED" - I am however giving you the chance to reply to this post and share your full story, take full responsibility, It's been roughly a month n you claim you have changed a lot, have you? How do I know? How have you matured?

Like I said this is your time to convince us. 
Otherwise you will end up denied.

i posted the tweedle post to protest against police brutality which i had seen the day before where i had experienced the pd beating an unconscious black man, now i realise after the matter off how it was offensive by me not only posting the picture of the dead black man but also using the George Floyd account i tried to use the account as he is an example of police brutality against a man of colour. I feel like every time i do an appeal post, the person who replies has been really offended on what i did, this is not a dig towards you as staff its just i get that its a sensetive situation and you are in the right to be offended but i can struggle under the firing off questions and the name calling i recived from staff during my first unban appeal. And for me its hard to defend against a biased person. I myself am a minority so i know what issues are going on from police, My people have gotten gassed on just because we live. My examples like that trans comment was the first something months i was in the server, I didn't do these things again. I don't like insulting people or throwing racial/trans slurs at them , i think back then i just found it easy to deflect onto others with comments like that but during the time i have had to think about it and observed how people around me can deal with situations and not offend people in the process which has made me reflect on my own actions and how i approach speaking to people by never speaking a slur to them due to there characteristics or lifestyle choices. I wont do this ever again because i posted it just once and its made me realise how wrong my actions were because off the people it offended and how it has affected them and the potential it held to affect people.

also on a seperate matter a staff member calling me a edgy sensitive child was a very offending claim as i know most people would move on and not care but i do not like my name to be slandered and dragged through the mud, just take this into consideration when any staff are dealing with unban appeals.

I think I gave you more than enough time and effort to put forward a reply worthy of us considering letting you return, but as far as I can see you have failed to do so. 
I do not see the relevance of us dealing with your appeal, pointing out the bad, calling you out on it, or even maybe feeling offended. 

By no means have you received any name calling from staff during your first appeal, second appeal, or third, you acted like an edgy child, you were called an edgy child, I do not see any name calling in that, might just well be me? None of us here have acted biased towards you, I don't understand where any of this biased talk came from. I feel like you've not taken ANY responsibility and are just trying to use any excuse possible. 

So in your reply, you claim to be a minority, does this allow you to be racist/discriminatory/edgy to others? I fail to grasp that logic.  
You did something insensitive/edgy/racist and were called out on it by staff, I do not see how this is libel in any way, shape, or form, but at this point, we're just running around in circles. 

As of this moment, I am putting a 2-month cooldown for your appeals, meaning you can't appeal till the 1st Of May.

Any appeals after this time may be considered, however, you'll need to do a lot to convince us it's worthwhile having you return to be a part of our community.
