I understand you are new to the server and to RP as a whole you have been around on the server for a good few months to know not to do something like this but you are going to have to put far much effort into your appeal before getting unbanned.

I've put twice as much effort into this reply than you did in your whole appeal and you're the one that is wanting an unban?
