In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was banned for (C1.3) and (C2.1). The reason I was banned for OOC abuse is because I said some hateful things towards someone after I caused an altercation with their group which ended up with me dying and then I began to curse and swear at them. I'm still not sure about the (C2.1) as I don’t have any game modifications and I would like it if someone would please inform me of what game modifications I was using during this time because I believe I was using none but if someone has proof then fair enough. I am aware that what I said is not tolerated at all.
Why should we unban you ?: It has been 1 year, 3 months and 23 days since I have been banned from RPUK which is 480 days and I would say that is a pretty long time to reflect on my actions. Throughout my appeals they get denied and shut down and the comment “We’re not willing to take the chance.”. Appears throughout but on my first ever appeal Stuart allowed me to appeal after 6 months but what changed that ultimately shut down my chance of getting back to RPUK ever? This appeal is not to come around as sarcastic or rude. I am just asking why I’m such a risk to the community but yet I’m not comm banned. Since my 1 year, 3 months and 23 days away from RPUK i have been to hundreds of city’s trying to find one that I can enjoy as much as I enjoyed RPUK but yet i’m at a loss. No matter how many times I try to get back to the city I’m met with the same response and this is a dead end to me where I need to start asking questions in a ban appeal because I have no other way of asking these questions to anyone. I also get the response “what you are/planning to do with RPUK”. I don’t ever remember claiming that I was going to do anything to RPUK as I don’t wish to do anything to it and I would never do anything to the city as I don’t have the abilities to do that as all I am is a man that plays FiveM. I have been patiently waiting for over a year now to try to get back into the server and if I was some internet maniac as people think I am do you not think I would’ve stopped appealing by now? I have no intention in stopping my appeals and I will continue writing them hoping one day I get another chance as many people in the past have had many many chances and this is my first offence on the server. I am happy to wait as long as I'm able to appeal. I will continue to do so. Many people are able to vouch for me as when I was in the city I brought happiness and good RP. I made a horrific mistake that ended up in the ban. My mistakes during that day have been recalled in my brain millions of times. I remember almost all the details of that day and what happened which caused me to get banned. I believe that my 1 year 3 months and 23 days is enough time to show how dedicated I am to get back into the server and I will continue to appeal no matter what. I'm fully aware the things that I said that I do recall saying were not on and I do sincerely apologise to the people that were offended. I am also aware that this appeal will probably be shut down and denied but I would at least like an answer to my questions. I want to be able to at least fight my appeal and the chance of that is certainly low but I thought I should give it a chance. RPUK was my first city and I want to be back in it especially for Christmas. The memories made during that time especially with the gang I was with I think about every December as they will never be forgotten. Hope this appeal is read and not just denied and chucked away as I think about the city none stop and the people I miss and there is no server like this and I regret what I did so deeply all I wish is for a second chance to show that I have no ill intentions and to show that I am a good man.
