Why do you think you were banned: Hi there, I was banned for not valuing life in an rp situation when I had guns pointed at me. Also for not roleplaying injuries when I'm downed and when being revived.

Thanks for the opportunity to explain myself.
I would just like to apologize for not valuing my life in the Rp situation which I did explain to staff when they pulled me for a chat.
This is what I did explain to staff:

That the first time I was downed and got up I did reach for my gun to shoot which I failed in doing so, Then the second time I did Get revived I should have not started dancing, I wanted to improve the rp situation but from doing so it didn't turn out i thought it would. I then didn't mean to reach for my gun the second time and was turning around to put my hands up but they shot me as they thought I was going to aim at them again.

I then apologized and explained to staff that I realized where I went wrong and they gave me a warning. I did go over the rules again numerous times and reminded myself of valuing my life and How If I'm completely out numbered I have to comply which I didn't, as well as roleplaying my injuries.

I would like to apologize for the mistakes of rule breaking and not valuing my life and if I were to have a chance at playing again this wouldn't happen.

To avoid confusion, Id also like to add that after staff let me off with a warning on the situation, I did attempt to log in this morning which I was faced with the ban message.
I have never been band before and I am not asking for any sympathy, just owning up to my mistakes.
I wouldn't make this mistake again and I truly regret what I did.

The reason I attempted this was to have a shot at one of the members because I wanted to roleplay my character as to putting out his anger stupidly on one of the members, which was a mistake and is in-permissible as it violates g4.5, 5.4 and 2.4 . This was a grave mistake which I have reflected upon multiple times and anyone who was in this situation wouldn't attempt to kill one of multiple armed members. As well as throwing myself straight into combat, moments after being revived.

My first instinct of dancing in this scenario was to attempt to create a mentally unstable character in a sense as 'he has nothing left to loose emotion' (as all his stuff was taken including his car, and soon to be his pockets as well as his life potentially.) during this scenario to escalate this situation and conduct better rp, But as this played out, I was being an idiot and It wasn't as it seemed when I thought about it in my head. I realized that it wasn't conducting better rp and in fact violates rules g.2.4 and 4.4 . If anyone was in a situation with guns pointed at them they would be afraid, and would drop everything as well as acting suitably after being revived.

After several reflections on the situation and several reads over the rules. This was a mistake on how I conducted myself in this situation and I have learnt from this to never happen again. I did affect the rp situation and my apologies go towards the way I played during that situation. I've never had trouble with this server and look to never have any trouble again if I do get a chance to show this won't happen again.

If we were to place you into exactly the same situation again, how do you plan to play this out now that you've gone over the rules?
What steps would you take to provide the roleplay?

If I were to be put into that situation again, I would have already off the bat started to comply due to me being outnumbered. this is due to me respecting the rules of valuing my life (G.2.4) and would further not face any combat after being revived and playing out my injuries as I had just been shot. The situation of break in rp would not even escalate to that point when I comply when Outnumbered or at a disadvantage.

What steps would you take to provide the roleplay?

The steps I would take to provide valid roleplay would be being aware of my surroundings and understanding what advantage or disadvantage I have over the other players in the scenario as if it was real life. Which comes to me complying for example in the situation I was in before.
