In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: i was banned for the serious event of ban evasion (C1.15) Ban evasion is not allowed - bans apply to the person, not to the account. Creating a new account, or employing any other measure to try to evade a ban will result in the evading accounts being banned, and extension of the original ban. Persistent attempts to evade bans will be met with a community ban.
i was banned for using discord and transferring between characters when i first joined the server over a year ago and instead of following the apeal process back then i rushed and used a vpn on a new account.
Why should we unban you ?: Firstly id like to start off by apologising to the staff for this dishonestly i am in no way shape or form going to justify my actions or the sheer stupidity that I preformed. when i was new to the city i held a ban and instead of being patient and following the ban appeal process i took it upon myself to use a vpn and create a new account. (Tony Zeen) whilst ive been on this account and been playing actively for the last year its allowed me to create great friendships within the server and have a clearer understanding of the server. have i been perfect whilst I've been on this server for the past year ? no i haven't ive leaned though along the way the correct way to get the most out of and enjoy this server to the fullest. i understand the severity of what I've done and how it dishonest it makes me look especially trying to lie in a ticket when i was caught, apologies to the staff that i was dishonest to in that ticket especially liam.
i understand how this may make me look i was just extremely stupid and eager to get back on the server to have fun though i know now how wrong of me this was. if i was to be granted on the server there would be no more rule breaks no matter how big or how small id just love another chance to come back and be able rp within the city with my mates. i know honesty is the best policy and i hope to hear back from you all soon i know how stupid i have been by ban evading like this and i do deeply regret it. if i was granted another chance i vouch to be squeaky clean moving forward following every RP and community rule.
