In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was playing Gta rp as usual then all of a sudden I get tped to a roof, I then get explained to why this has happened and I'm shocked, firstly he said that I was purposefully trying to get the police to pull me over which was not the case at all he then made a up a lie saying that I said "pull me over I want to get chased" which is exactly not what I did I think he was referring to the situation me and my friend were behind a police car and we were not breaking any laws at all, all we were doing is going to our destination but turns out they were in front of us for quite a while, again we didn't brake any laws and didn't want to be pulled over. Secondly, he was wondering how I tped form the place of death to the top of the map but this infact is what you do every time you die or click respawn, you get tped to the top of the map, I then proceeded to tell him how I got into town by saying "I /died" and he seem confused and addmited he didn't know what this was just like he didn't know that you get tped to the top of the map when you die which I was extremely shocked about, but after I explained all of this to him he pretended to lag out and proceeded to ban me anyway this is all shown in the video it just didn't pick up me speaking. I think this situation should be acted upon and to either punish the staff member involved or at least speak to him about it, thanks for the time - Se7ensy

Im editing this report because there has been progression in the apeal in the report section as i reported the admin that did this, this made me find out it was a misunderstanding and i will show you why. Firstly, he the reason I got banned was for baiting but in his reply to my report he provided a clip and it shows him getting confused about who me and my friend were speaking to as he thought it was the police and he also thought we were trying to make the "police" pull us over which with the video provided you can clearly see it wasnt the police.

As you can see he thinks me and my friend are talking to a police asking him to pull us over, which wasnt the case at all but infact all we were doing is explaining to this member of the public that we were trying to pull someone over for a joke which is besides the point anyway because even if we were asking him to pull us over (which we wernt) it wouldnt be against the rules at all because its not police. hopefully this is enough proof to show that im innocent, thanks for the time again -Se7ensy
