Unban Appeal for Scrabbles

Reason given for your ban: c2.3
In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: was banned for combat logging however my game crashed and internet was playing up. (C2.3) Combat logging - Logging out at any point during RP is exploiting. Some examples of this include: logging out during a firefight, being chased by the police, arrested by the police, while dead awaiting a medic, logging out in order to save gear, rage-quitting, logging out whilst restrained/detained. Punishment is a permanent ban. Staff can make an informed decision depending on if you’ve made an attempt to resolve the issue. We do suggest you attempt to rejoin the server and continue the roleplay (try messaging them with the mobile system first).
Why should we unban you ?: I believe i should be unbanned due to the fact that i did not intentionally log off to save my in-game items, in reality my game crashed at an unfortunate time and my internet began to play up and i could not reconnect back onto the server. At this time 2 friends of mine jumped into a discord call with the people involved in the situation and told them what had happened and that is was unknown to when i may be back to which i believe my situation was acknowledged by the other party. After 30 minutes of attempting to reconnect and fix my internet i finally had to give up and sort out some IRL matters, a few hours later i got back home and as i logged into the server i instantly attempted to reach out in ooc and ask whether KC would be available to speak in discord about what had happened. previously this lead to no answer, So i took the iniative to message him on discord directly to attempt to resolve the situation and possibly continue the RP. I let him know that the decision on how he would like to resolve the matter was entirely up to him, as i understand that the entire scenario had affected his RP and possible ability to gain items off of me. He asked me to make a ticket for a staff members opinion on the matter to which i was then told to attempt to resolve the issue with the person who had initially reported me, I attempted to contact the reporter however i was unable to find his discord and was ignored when asking KC how i would be able to get a hold of him. I was still dead when i reached out to KC and got a response from him however this information was misunderstood in the Report, I understand that combat log is a perm ban with a 1-month appeal cooldown though i thought i could try my luck as the entire matter is a series of unfortunate events that could have been rectified without being brought to the forums. I love the RPUK community and quality RP within it and would hate to not be able to play for a long amount of time due this unfortunate incident. With the evidence i have attached you can see in the first screenshot that my game had crashed and that I had no internet: https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/987898477629554738/1049075121035423817/game_crash_no_internet.PNG In the second screenshot shows the attempt of resolving the issue with KC the same night after being unable to get in contact through the OOC chat feature ingame https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/987898477629554738/1049075459096330280/KC.PNG After being dead on the floor for an estimated 15 minutes i was put into an RP situation of being taken to pillbox and saved from on the side of the road, This is when i edited my original message of telling KC that i hadn't been saved to informing him i had been. Due to KC wanting me to make a ticket regarding on how he wanted a staff members opinion on the subject, I was then told by a staff member to get into contact with the person who created the report on me this is where you can see in screenshot number 3 that i attempted to get a hold of Ted through KC however i was left with no response from him, https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/987898477629554738/1049080262149034004/TEDF.PNG you can also see from the comment on the report that i wanted to talk to Ted directly, I believe that due to me not being able to talk to Ted directly he may have been misled and not have known the full story to why i could not carry out the situation. Through this evidence i have provided i hope you can see that this was not a combat log and i did try to get in contact with those who was involved in the matter. In the report i can see the staff member mentioned that i had made no attempt to contact staff nor the other party however this is false as i had 2 friends who went into a discord call with KC and Ted straight after the original game crashing occurred who were then told about the situation and not left in the dark, this lead me to make no further action or ticket to staff at that moment as i believe it could be resolved once i was back and everything was working again.
