In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: It says I was banned for transferring money from one of my characters to another but I cant recall a time that I've transferred money between characters so I would appreciate if you could inform me of where I went wrong

However you appeal does not have anywhere near the effort required. You should think about what you and your friend Teijin did with some starting cash before you appeal again.
