Why do you think you were banned: server 'auto flagging' wasn't reported
Why should we unban you: I have been banned for combat logging but its not from a report its from the server 'auto flagging' me all day I had been dealing with an input issue where whenever I would use a menu or anything that should lock my inputs was not doing so, I.E when using my phone my gun was shooting when selecting things etc we had just finished pushing another gangs turf the situation was over so I waited 10 mins for the timer to go down and thought stuff it I'm going to pop my head while I'm dead and see if it fixes my issue, then i logged back in to wait out the rest of my timer, literally 5 mins later I'm getting a call from my dads flatmate saying he's having a seizure, so obviously I've dropped what I'm doing and rushed to him, I even loaded my game back up when I got home early morning just incase something like this happened but fell asleep sat at my PC and woke up to being kicked for AFK so i just went to bed, I am a well behaved roleplayer and spend a lot of time on the server I've never caused any trouble or broke any rules I've been here for nearly a month, I fully understand if rules are rules but if you could take two mins to consider my situation it would be much appreciated, my gang leader has spent alot of time showing me all the do's and dont's and i wouldnt risk making my gang look bad by doing something like this and ive been realy trying to make good storylines and create decent roleplay

As for evidence im not sure if your aware how snapchat works but it deletes logs after viewing
which is frustrating because that may be the only evidence i could possibly provide in this situation, ill happily lose my stuff its a gang war these things happen i have no actual reason to even combat log, everyone had gone to bed and the fight was over and no one was around me i fully understand if rules and there isnt anything that can be done but im being as genuine as i possibly can and i truly feel as if this was a mistake, thankyou for your time and effort and i hope you read this and understand my side of things.

You have made plenty of assumptions in this appeal in relation to how our bans work, and they're wrong.

You were also not kicked for being AFK, which brings your entire story into question.

It took you 16 minutes to restart the game to see if your inputs were fixed, something you wouldn't even be able to as you were down. Seriously?

I'm sorry for your dad, but it doesn't actually change the facts that you combat logged and that your story doesn't line up with reality.

If it helps you tell the full and honest truth should you appeal again, your inventory will be wiped should you be unbanned, this is non-negotiable.

Finally, after reviewing, this ban is just. As a result, the long-standing policy with C2.3 bans comes into play, which is as follows:

All C2.3 bans come with an automatic cool-down of 1 month. You are not eligible to appeal until 23/10/24.
