Reason given for your ban: 1.2- Forum ban

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was involved in daylight robbery with two others people online (there is a video provided on the forms that summarizes the situation). I was the one who did the initialiser but I've seen on the forms that that's not allowed. Due to the poor performance all three members we were all banned. In our defence he was REALLY slow in "dropping" his possessions which could lead to an advantage on his side.

Why should we unban you ?: I'm fairly new on how the robbery works and wanted to try it out, with the way that this particular robbery has been processed I understand that this isn't the way to do it. I have taken time out of my hands to review the situation and realised this was wrong, if I am allowed to get back in I will ensure that this situation will be dealt with more professionally and maturely compared to the demonstration in the video.

In the space of 22 days you've got banned four times. 

Combat logging, trolling and now RDM.

Why should I even consider unbanning you considering you clearly didn't learn from the first, second or third ban.

I was aware of combat logging and have only done it purposely once as explained in my previous accepted appeal, the other statements like "trolling" and "rdm" I'm not fully aware of. Since the 1st permo ban I have learned a valuable lesson and took this server very seriously this is reflected on my character stories, I've joined a gang in one life account and spent a lot of time and effort working with them and making friends, on a other account I've recently been accepted into the police force and put a load of effort into studying how to roleplay as a police officer. in response to your accusation, with the progression of my character lives with the amount of time and effort spent on both characters ,I have clearly proven that I have learned from my past mistakes, the past is the past afterall. In regards to the situation at hand, I do agree that the situation could've been handled better and because of this I have learned another valuable lesson.

I dont think initially on this server you have taken anything seriously. You couldnt even think of a serious name 4 times in a row and had to be reset.

You mentioned you have joined the police. Why would you join them as a faction where you are required to maintain a high roleplay standard at all times but then go onto another character and throw it out the window?

Do you think your quality of roleplay is something we want on this server? and how will you do better in future if you are to be unbanned?

To be quite frank yes, there was a time of immaturity at first due to name change and all but overtime I gradually got to know the server better and started to grind on 2 accounts, since my first ever permo ban I gradually followed the rules with no major turnovers (4 months prior to the first ban) , the work I put in with Jim Freeman, a certified stock runner for the ballers that's put his hard earned money into purchasing houses, cars and even helping his gang out with troubles, this clearly shows that I've put effort into this character. For the other account, I was enjoying my time as a police officer patrolling around with other members and studying how to handle situations which admittedly was a pleasant experience, it would be ashamed to see my hard work go to waste due to a petty situation . if I were myself back in 2020, I wouldn't have put my time and effort into developing my character, yet applying for a position in the police department. in regards the the situation at hand with the forum ban appeal not dwelling on past mistakes,  I was offered to join with people in robbery's, I accepted because I wanted to try a new experience.  I do admit that the robbery situation shown in the forums could've gone down better and for that I have learned a valuable lesson here.   in terms of quality roleplay, up to this point my quality roleplay was good in terms of manners and other situations, I was simply making mistakes in playing parts in a scene of a robbery. if I do get unbanned, I will further develop my roleplay skills and management skills in a way that will be respectable and acceptable for the servers expectations.

There has been 4ish months since your last ban yes, however that again. Was a permanent one. So i am going to be un-banning you however if you find yourself back here at any point in the next 6 months you will have to wait a further 6 months to appeal it. 

Thats my condition. I do believe you can do better and i want to see that.
