Reason given for your ban: C2.3
In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I understand the rules of C2.3 and I have broke this rule once and that was out of pure panic, I did get a 24 hr ban because of this and I realised that I did wrong, this was registered around December time (i believe), I know the consequences of attempting to break them again. on the 26/01/2021 I was at the grove street shops purchasing some goods when the cops arrived, I was about to walk out of the shops to negotiate with them however I lagged out. I reloaded fiveM, waited a couple of minutes till it loads, I spawned back in. A couple of seconds after respawning I got kicked out again, loaded it back up the first time and got banned. Overall regarding to the rules, I have abided by them as I was willing to speak to the officers during police investigation, unfortunately due to the server lag and poor latency, this lead to a misunderstanding of the situation.
Why should we unban you ?: C2.3 requires the user to constantly log in and out for his gain. I intend to avoid this rule in the best of my ability . I have learned from my mistakes the last time I broke the C2.3 rule and will not attempt to "combat log" in any regards.
