Ban Reason: I failed to follow the NLR
Why do you think you were banned: I spoke to a Staff member. I was banned for G4.5, this was because I engaged in combat before 15 minutes had elapsed.
Why should we unban you: I had the NLR rule mixed up in terms of how it works as I believed that you only had to follow the 15 min rule if you were killed to a point where your character would not remember however me and the staff member went over the rules and I was indeed wrong.

Looking back if it had been a couple mins later I would have been fine as we were arguing over the situation in RP. Here’s the story.

I was shot outside of Megamall by grove or chippionies as it appears they were working together during the fight. I was then picked up by a police officer who had been told that anyone found at the scene were to be arrested and taken to the police’s section of pillbox hospital. Great I was going to be let go as I didn’t have a weapon on me at the time however 2 other members of our group were already there. They began arguing with the officers over the laws in regards to the situation (I had no idea what they were talking about)

What then happened is that the conversation got heated when the officers asked us to put our hands up there was 3 of us and two of them so it came down to blows one of us started punching the officers and so I started punching too. (We won ) however armed response rolled in and took us out.

After the situation had finished I was still let go (I guess they enjoyed it)

After this some time passed and I was teleported onto a roof this is where I was told the proper meaning of the rule. I didn’t think about counting the time between pillbox trips and my mind was elsewhere helping my group members argue over a law I had no idea about. TBH I enjoyed the situation at the hospital and apologise for what I did.

I understand now the rule I broke and will be more mindful in regards to following it I will provide the clip in which what happened I can’t tell you how long it was after I got out of the bed but it was easily a long time after I was downed but maybe not after I was admitted to pillbox in time I would guess around 10 - 12 mins so just a couple off of the 15 target.

I hope all has been well today?

Let's get in this this appeal shall we? There is so much wrong with this appeal which is a massive shame, as the staff member that spoke to you left a glowing review of your attitude but in this appeal you seem to be lacking a lot of what was wrong with the situation.

What is more concerning is that you were unbanned from your last ban 27/09/2024 and have found yourself back here and appealing from your most recent ban not even 24 hours later.

You state in the "why we should unban you" section about the situation, everything that you have written there does not convince me that you understand the rule you have broken and why you are in this section of the forums in the first place.

This happened 5 minutes after you had gotten up from the bed.


Given that in your last appeal you have said you have read the rules and you would act with greater care in future, I am unsure if this is truly to be believed now.

Anyway, I think you need some time away from the server and to come back when you wish to take your appeal in a more serious manner.
