Reason given for your ban: C1.2 & C2.3

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: The reason was very unclear & the points listed as for why I was banned doesnt line up with what really happened.

Why should we unban you ?: I acted out of fear, im a very new player and this is my first ever RP experience to date. I had just died and respawned in the hospital went to start my career as a taxi driver when i was swarmed and ganged up on by a large group of players who then proceeded to intimidate the life out of me, pull a gun out and shoot me. I have thoroughly read the rules and by no means want to jeopardise my right to play on this server as its been the best 12hours of my life. If you so generously decide to give me another chance I would be extremely grateful and willing to spend as much time as required to deeply educate myself with the rules so that i can prevent and avoid any possible encounter from rising. I am truly sorry and sincerely apologise, I know what i did was wrong but I also strongly believe that I can be the best example of a role model that was gifted a second chance and show the server my true colours. Thank you for taking the time and making effort into your unban appeal. 

In regards to your Combat Log
Considering you were banned for combat logging, combat logging automatically comes with a minimum of a 1 month wait time.
Since you were banned the 08/01/2023, you cannot appeal said ban until 08/02/2023.
 

The reason was very unclear & the points listed as for why I was banned doesnt line up with what really happened.

From what I can see here, it's pretty clear to what has happened, you were shot n downed, and proceed to DC not few minutes later, and providing a discriminatory remark.

Considering you've to wait a month to appeal said ban anyways, I recommend taking a thorough read through the rules listed below, I wonder if you'll stick to this claim. 
As well in the next appeal I recommend providing everything that has happened and being truthful. Honesty is a key. 

In regards to your C1.2, are you sure you don't remember saying anything out of the ordinary? Something discriminatory perhaps?
