In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was banned due to combat logging during a police chase

Why should we unban you ?: I think I should be unbanned as I had a lapse in judgement and let my anger get the better of me. I was annoyed the officer rammed me with his car and I didn't know at the time it isn't against the rules when used in roleplay. I've spent a month off the server and looking back on the situation, I should of just took the L and moved on. I've made a lot of friends on the server and had some really fun interactions, I really want to show the community I can be a better player and follow the rules more closely. I apologise to the officer for combat logging and making him wait 30 minutes, I take full responsibility for my actions and I would be annoyed if this situation happened to me. I hope I can be given a 2nd chance.

Would you say you often act out of frustration? 
Ultimately this displays a win/loss mentality which is the opposite to what we're looking for here. We want players whom can embrace and enjoy any given roleplay scenario, not just leave because they've not won the scenario. 

 
Good evening @Danoothank you for getting back to me and my apologies for such a late reply. 

I don't often act out of frustration, just on this particular situation. I didn't know "VDM" was allowed if used in a roleplay scenario at the time so it added on to the frustration of getting arrested. I was drug dealing at the time and had a large quantity of drugs on me as well. I don't mind losing a scenario if it was done fairly but at the time I thought I was being done over,  this still doesn't excuse the fact I combat logged though. I should of made a report at the time.

Since you've been banned have you gained any extra roleplay experience elsewhere?

I will be honest I haven't played as much fivem as I usually do during the holiday period. I have played on a few other servers but these servers don't quite go above the basic level of roleplaying. I have learnt most of my roleplaying skills on this server and no other server really offers situations which can improve peoples skills like this one does.

This could very easily happen again - what's to say you're not going to have another outburst when you feel hard-done by?

While I've been away from the server for a month, I've had a chance to look back on my actions and have really thought about how I could have handled the situation differently. I understand sometimes I will be put into situations where I feel like I am being done over, but moving forward I know where to make a report and know staff will handle my report with respect even if they deem the rules haven't been broken.

This is your first ban here and hopefully it remains this way. 
Due to this, I am willing to give you a second chance on the server to prove yourself, I hope what you say is true in that you've gained more roleplay experience elsewhere.

As you can tell by this current ban, if you're to be seen breaching server rules again then you will be swiftly removed.
Any ban within the next 6 months will be a permanent taking you right back here and it'll be much harder to appeal... Please do not waste your chance.
