Server: GTA RP
Character Name: Jack Karva
Steam ID: 76561198392903648
Ban ID (just the numbers): 13841
Ban Reason: c1.7
Why do you think you were banned: i made a ticket a while ago so im not sure if you can see that back ' In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: it was a while ago but it'll be in one of my other unban appeals but if i remember correctly i let my best mate play whilst i did a couple irl bits around my house and he got into an incident with the police. He didnt know how to use my in game mic as i changed the keybind to mouse button 3 so he was panicking running around and didnt speak to them at all. I know any offences on my account are considered my responsibility. ive learnt not to let anyone by my character and i am sorry about it happening and i'll be extra cautious to keep myself from getting banned if my appeal is successful'
Why should we unban you: I've taken a long break from pc gaming and 5m (one reason for not seeing or responding to the closed ticket sorry about that). I don't allow anyone else on my pc anymore ( rarely have people over anymore sadly ). I would be a great addition to the city now i came back to fivem a couple of months ago and managed to get my rp back up to a high quality, did fly into another city did my whitelist application and successfully been in there since but seeing my brother back in the city showed me all of the amazing updates and i'd really appreciate if i get another chance to prove myself. Thanks for reviewing this and sorry again for the not responding to the last ticket
Please confirm that you have read the unban appeal process and rules: Yes

Hello @RSG Evolution ,

Can you explain why you decided to let your friend play on your account? What precautions, if any, did you take to ensure they would follow the rules?

Can you explain why your actions (or your friend’s) broke the common-sense rule? What would you have done differently in hindsight?

You acknowledged that your account is your responsibility. How would you prevent a similar incident from occurring in the future?

What steps have you taken to ensure no one else can access your account?

1. I was doing money wash and i asked him to just drive the car to the person and do what it says, i didnt expect him to get involved in any rp interaction in the short time i was gone so i just told him dont use the headset ( so he doesnt say something that couldve got me in trouble)
2. i think the original talk button was ragdoll (it was a while ago) which he was trying to use i cant fully remember. What i would do and am doing is not letting others use my pc at all it saves any stress.
I acknowledge it fully and as stated above not letting anyone on my pc. I keep it locked or shutdown when im not at it.

You told your friend not to use the headset, which you now realised was a mistake. Why did you feel it was better for them to avoid interaction entirely, rather than stepping away from the game entirely until you could return?

(C1.7) requires players to use common sense. How would you now apply this rule in a similar scenario to avoid breaking it again?

Can you provide an example of a roleplay interaction you had in the other server you mentioned, that shows your RP has improved?

I was trying to grind up money and i 100% didn't expect any rp interaction so it was just going to save me time, which was a very poor judgement on my behalf.
A big one i notice people don't do that which is apart of the common sense rule (and to increase good rp interactions) pulling over when getting blue lighted ( as long as you've not robbed something or similar) and actually speaking to them apologising or getting a ticket etc creating an enjoyable rp scene for both parties. There's a lot that comes under common sense but that's just one perspective.

sorry misread the top part, my mate is good playing games it's more just some of the things he comes out with in his general conversations which i thought if he accidentally said i would've been slapped with a ban so i thought it was easier if he avoided speaking to anyone so i didn't have to explain some of the things he couldn't say ( it was only supposed to be 5 minutes maximum so no time to have a big rp scene or any interaction with someone) which i was clearly poorly judging what could happen especially cleaning rolls, police were obviously going to turn up but i guess i was a bit cocky thinking they wouldn't.
