Why do you think you were banned: I know i was banned for breaking 2 sets of rules that are in the server which breaking them or any rule is unacceptable and rightly punishable. Im not going to lie i cant really remember what actually happened that day but i do know that i broke rules and was rightly reported for doing so. I was an idiot for doing it as i really enjoyed the server when i was part of it and i am gutted to not be part of it.
Why should we unban you: I think i should be unbanned because i have learned a lesson and a very good lesson at that. Rules are there to be followed and not broken but i was stupid enough that day to break those rules and i am honestly very sorry for that because i know it causes disruption and spoils it for other people. Ive been banned from the server now for over a year i believe and since then i have been able to think about my actions and really improve as a person and someone who really enjoys being part of a RP server. My Roleplaying skills have improved and im always sticking to rules and have not been banned from a never server since because i know the punishment of not being able to be part of what i think is the best server on the Fivem community. I remember on my character i applied to be in the police and got accepted which i believe shows that i am really interested in this server and i do just genually want to be involved and apart of this community. Im not someone who just goes round breaking rules because thats not me as a person and because i enjoy the RP very much. I believe that i would be a good person to have in the server as well as i am a helpful person and ive helped people out on other servers when they have just joined and needed to ask a question , ive always given the best support i can give. This last year being banned from this server has taught me a good lesson , i just hope i can have the opportunity to show you guys how much better i have got and to prove to you that no one rules will be broken again on my part and hopefully be able to join the police and show you my RP skills. Like i said , i was banned for breaking 2 rules within the server which is unacceptable. Im not gonna plead any innocence as i was in the wrong 100% and take full responsibility for that. Powergaming is not acceptable at all and i should have known better. Combat log again is no excuse for and i am in the wrong for that and have learned my lesson from this incident and completely agree with why i was banned. I was banned for my stupid actions at the time and apologise to you guys and the person involved in the situation that i caused and can only promise that i have got better and my lesson has been learned.

I think i should be unbanned because i know with myself how much i have improved within the RP world and my skills have improved a lot also. I have learned my lesson in a fair way in terms of being banned , but in that time ive been able to reflect and can only promise to you and everyone else that i am better and will keep getting better , i just need you to believe me which i know is gonna probably be hard for you as you are looking out for everyone else in the server but i am really a lot better. My RP skills have improved massively and i was able to improve them in being in different servers and doing different things in them to gain more experience. Ive never been banned on another server , im not someone who will just break rules cos they are there to be followed and when they are broken , punishment is the right thing to receive and i have now had that and realised i needed to improve and thats what ive done. I wanted to join the police in this server and got accpeted but shortly after was banned. I really did enjoy this server and really wanted to improve in it and joining the police was something i really wanted to do and i think that shows how much i really did enjoy and care about this server and would love nothing more than to be part of it again because i do really believe it is one of the best servers out there. I am genially a decent person , i made a stupid mistake and ive apologised for that and i will continue to because it would mean a great deal to be able to be apart of this amazing server again. Thank you for replying and i hope you believe me and allow me to join again.
 
I appreciate you telling us that you have changed since your ban, by joining other servers and improving within your RP and gaining a better understanding on our rules.

Can you tell us the situation that led to your ban and where you went wrong?

What would you do differently if this situation was to happen again?
 
I think at the time i was just not thinking at all and because i had a lethal weapon i think that i took advantage of that in the complete wrong way and instead of being smart with it and sticking to the rules i went a silly and tried to be dominant. It was silly behaviour by myself asking him to transfer me money from his bank when we all know thats powergaming. I 100% know never do anything like that again as it doesnt represent a real life occurrence which RP is more about other than treating it like GTA itself. Next time i would make a roleplay scene out of it and actually take the guy into the shop , so take him hostage so i could rob a store and get money that way. Which that gives of a good RP scene and also gives something exciting for the police to deal with and hopefully the hostage himself.
 
At the time of this situation did you know about our Powergaming rule?

Onto the combat logging, why did you leave the server?
 
No and to be honest it was my first server playing fivem so I was new to it.
I’m not really sure why I left , think I panicked a little bit and was worried about loosing everything so I just left.
 
To keep the role play experience better and fair for everyone to enjoy and keep it realistic. If there was no rules there would be problems constantly and no one would enjoy nor want to be part of the server which would be a massive shame.
