Unban Appeal for Ronnie Rich

Reason given for your ban: (C2.3) Combat Logging
In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was banned because I was in a car chase and managed to escape. At the time, I strongly believed that the combat was over and decided to leave the game because I had to do some stuff OOC. However, an admin was watching the situation live and classed it as combat logging.
Why should we unban you ?: I have attached the clip to show my perspective. I want to start off by saying that people usually combat log for two main reasons, the first reason is to save the things in their inventory and the second reason is to avoid an RP situation. I am going to be explaining why I don't believe this situation should be classed as combat logging.
Prior to the clip, me and Ritz were killed by the hustlers. They tried to use a defibrillator on both me and Ritz which didn’t work on Ritz, causing him to die and lose all of his items. The defib worked on me and the hustlers took me hostage and we had an enjoyable RP situation. I believe both parties provided high quality roleplay and even as a hostage, I was able to enjoy myself and was entertained at all times. They then killed me and dumped me.
About 5-10 minutes after respawning, I saw a hustler again but I had to roleplay as if I had lost my memory and that is exactly what me and Ritz were doing. The guy in the reaper followed us for 5 minutes until we lost him as shown in the clip. In my opinion, the combat situation was over and it was safe to leave the city because we could see that the reaper continued to go towards Paleto Bay and he would’ve never found us in the little warehouse that we hid in.
I had no reason to combat log because I had just respawned and had nothing in my inventory and I was not trying to “save” any items. I also had no reason to avoid RP with hustlers because of my previous encounter. As I have mentioned before, I found the hostage situation with the hustlers very entertaining and I would’ve enjoyed another scenario with them. Additionally, I understand the combat logging rule and the severity of it but I genuinely believed that the combat was over and if you watch my clip, you can see that we definitely lost the reaper and we went to a place where we would have never been found.
There was no reason for me to combat log and I would not risk a ban for breaking such a serious rule when I had no reason at all to combat log.
However if staff believe that what I did was combat logging, then I'd be all ears as to why it was.
