Why do you think you were banned: I think the wrong person was banned, I was killed along with a few other people near the taxi rank. I was trying to help 2 people being robbed, I got killed so did 2 others and 2 others left immediately, I did not.
Why should we unban you: As above really, I did not combat log. I was interacting with the players whilst staying in rp. I logged out of the game sure, a long time after everyone had left the situation. I was lying in the road for a long time with no one around, I was around 8-9 minutes into my respawn timer and I was going to get off soon anyway so didn't see the harm as everyone had long left the situation, if this is the issue I apologise and it won't happen again. I'm here for engaging RP and genuinely not interested in being a shitlord.

This is combat logging. As detailed in the rule: "Logging out at any point during RP is exploiting. Some examples of this include: logging out during a firefight, being chased by the police, arrested by the police, while dead awaiting a medic, logging out in order to save gear, rage-quitting, logging out whilst restrained/detained. Punishment is a permanent ban. Staff can make an informed decision depending on if you’ve made an attempt to resolve the issue. We do suggest you attempt to rejoin the server and continue the roleplay (try messaging them with the mobile system first)."

As you said yourself, nobody was around when you disconnected - so your chances of being revived were slim. Were you to relog at a later time when it is busier, suddenly your chances of revival become a lot higher. This rule is in place to prevent this.

C2.3 bans come with an automatic cooldown - so feel free to appeal any date after 18/10/24.
