In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: apparently i have been banned for logging out when being killed however the player who reported me has been banned himself i have ran into this character multiple times and every time he kills someone he dumps them in the sea what is against the rules. i know logging to affect rp is against the rules but when i have lost all my hard work multiple times to the same rule breaker and on this current day the city was crashing loads and id had enough and hadn't come on for three days.

Why should we unban you ?: as a donator of this sever i now know the rules of the server are actually acted upon when broken, prior to this i didn't realise that they were due to many times ive been killed by rulebreakers over and over often by the same people and if i was to get a second chance i would adapt to this and will not repeat the action again knowing that the action of the servers admins are cracking down on the rules.

Having just looked at the report that got you banned, I do not see anything wrong with what that player did to you. It seems that you didn't like being robbed so you pulled a gun and tried to defend yourself. When that didn't work and you got killed, you decided that you would log out. Frankly, even if this player had broken a rule, you still do not get to just log out and break rules. That is not how this works. 

If you feel as though you have been wronged in a situation like this, the simplest way to go about it would be to record it and report it. Why didn't you do this?

in this footage you see it does look like hes played it right however i have come into play with him before and he dumps people in the sea and the player being banned proves thhat he doesnt play by the rules. i haven't reported this as people break the rules all the time and even when they are reported they never get banned so i never report as half the time even when its police/nhs nothing seems to happen and they still are in the server so i see it as pointless. until now where i realise this isn't the case after a month.
