Unban Appeal for Rigzy

Reason given for your ban: G2.9

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I believe I was banned for transferring money to another character

Why should we unban you ?: I think I should be unbanned for the reason that I earned my money legit, all I wanted to do was change my name so I made a new character. I am fairly new to the server and didn't know you could change your name at the court. I take full responsibility for my actions and would love to be able to play again. I don't care about the money or characters I just want to play on the server. Sorry for breaking the rules it will not happen again.

So you believe you earned the money legit yet you got banned? 

Have you read the rules, If not have a read up on the rule you've broken and explain in your own words why you believe we have such a rule in place. 

 
My bad. I meant to say that I earned my money of my main character legit. The reason I was banned is because I switched all of the money to a new character.

 
So looking back on this, Why did you decide that breaking the rules was a good thing to be doing? 

Did you not read our rules before playing and or when prompted on the character creation screen (Before you clicked the tick box next to it), If not why?

 
I did read the rules before playing, it was just a genuine mistake. I didn’t realise that I would get banned but looking back at it now I know it was stupid of me. At the time I thought it wouldn’t be a big issue as I earned the money myself. But I fully know now that the actions I took caused me to exploit the game. Furthermore I will make sure to think about my actions and how they might be wrong. I would just love to play the game again starting as a new character.
 

 
Well it falls under character growth as well. Your new character joined the city and made over 200k just for loading in basically. Can you please quote the rule you broke and explain in your own words why you believe we have such a rule in place? 

Furthermore, if you are in a situation down the line where you can do something that you know is wrong would you do it knowing the risk that you would end up back here? 

 
The rule that I broke was G2.9, I believe that this rule is in place so that people don’t abuse the power of having free money.

If I was in a situation where I could risk my account for a reward I would not do it. I wouldn’t want to exploit the game and be banned again. The reason I wouldn’t do this this is because I love playing the game and having a great time. I apologise for breaking the rules in the first place and it won’t happen again.

 
If we do allow you another chance to come back there is a few things that will happen. One being that one of your characters will receive a full wipe, Meaning all money, vehicles, inventory ect will be removed and the other character will be deleted. Do you agree to this?

You do seem to have two characters so I assume you wish to keep Rigz Grafter? If not and you wish to keep Mark then let us know. 

If moving forward you are unsure if something is allowed to be done, How would you go about finding out?

 
I fully agree to my account be wiped. In honesty I’d rather create a new character and start again, as being new to the city.
Therefore I would like both of my characters to be deleted.

Before committing to something that might not be allowed I will be sure to re-read the rules and make sure that my priorities towards the game are positive and will have no participation of exploiting.

 
That's fine if you would like both characters deleted. I've gone ahead and requested this for you. This will take a bit of time to be done however we will update the appeal once this has happened. 

A lot of things can be done in game as you know now about changing your name via the courts ect, We also have discord tickets ect and many ways to contact the staff team to ask questions if you are ever unsure.

The deletion of both characters has taken place. I've gone ahead and issued your unban for you. Upon joining back to the server you will need to make a new character so a fresh start as a whole. Please keep in mind what has been mentioned here and I do hope you don't let us down with this opportunity, So hopefully we won't see you return to this section moving forth.
