Ban Reason: Banned: G2.9 & G3.5
Why do you think you were banned: I was banned because I traded some stuff between people.
Why should we unban you: i truthfully have learned my lesson on how this could hurt the economy and i miss my family and friends in the city. i truly have learned my lesson and it will never happen again. i thought i wouldn't get caught because it was such a small amount of stuff. but no matter how big or small it should of never happened and i apologize for that. i will delete my second person and never make a second again. this city has Brang me so much joy and it has not left my mind since ive been gone. i hope you can find it in your heart to give me another chance and i won't make you regret it. they told me to wait 30 days and think about my actions and i have. please and thanks for your time in reading my appeal. P.S You cant even find a good server like this from America they want whitelist everything and i really enjoy towin cars.

I can only assume this is the mentality behind majority of players whom break this specific rule.
If this is your mentality, how can we trust moving forward that you won't go ahead and break more rules which you find convenient in hopes you don't get caught?
 
because i know im not better then the rules. i got into trouble once that is enough for me to be on the straight and narrow. in long run i regret doing what i did and im sorry. im not trying to be better then anyone or pull wool over someones eyes. trust is a hard thing to recoup and all i can do is give you my word i will never do it again and hope you can find it in your heart to give me another chance. but there is no words to make you trust someone you dont know and im horrible at Beggin for forgiveness. all i can do is make a promise to you i wont and hope you can believe or trust me. im not trying to hurt the city i just made a mistake and i know better now to watch more closely to what i do and to think about things and its concequeses in the long run. i will go through and reread all the rules to make sure they are fresh in my mind since ive been in the city for so long. i really do love the city and miss all my people. more then willing to do whatever it takes to come back. i dont even like to do illigal things in the city like drugs "tried to sell once but that was a bad idea to" or robberies that should show im a good guy i just made a mistake. but since this was the first time i made a mistake in the city i was hopen yall could just give me that 1 more shot and i wont make you regret it. thanks for your time.

Can I ask what your purpose on the server is?
From this incident, it appears that you were attempting to gain an advantage over other players whilst breaking this rule rather than sticking around for the roleplay.
 
ive been tow trucking and helping around at flywheels learning the mechanic side of the city. that what i mainly do is police impounds. i had my own truck and all the last 3 months ive been working flywheels. what do you mean i haven't been sticking around for the role play? i role play around the semi trucks lately becasue ive been trying to open a food truck. but apparently nobels dont know any recipes and ive been having a hard time just trying to get anyone to help but im trying to do all the roleplaying part of the server. im tryin but being american alot of people dont wanta help but i was getting there slowly but surely. but the food truck i wanted to start up i wanted to park in 2 spots in the city semi truckin and also out at flywheels to try bringing in more customers since it so dead out there when im around town. i really do roleplay the best i can. im learning more and more everyday. mr tickle was the main person actually showing me around town.
 
Now I don't agree that no one wants to help you because you're American, our community is quite vast in terms of location including several Americans and American-based characters.
Some are even staff members!

I like the story and the idea to go forward,
You do however have to agree to a full wipe of Rick James.
This will be hard however it's the reward for getting a G2.9
 
ya if i have to start from the beginning that is what i have to do. ill work my way back up with a tow truck again and keep it all to 1 person to the city. i do appreciate the chance again. thanks again sorry for makin this a quick short note im doing this just before i need to leave for work. there won't be a problem with me again.
