In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I feel like the situation was not looked at properly.

Why should we unban you ?: In the video you can hear Bundy Jenkins asking him to pull over after I shot 3/4 bullets at the taxi. Unfortunately Bundy Jenkins was whispering on the first crash and did not realise this. Myself, Lee Jenkins did not realise this and thought he was just making a get away, so I started to shoot out his tyres to stop him getting away.

He was also asked a second time to pull over after Bundy Jenkins bumped the taxi with his car but he's yet to respond to us in anyway. He was also asked again to pull over and put his hands up on the second crash as you can see in the video he did not do this and carried on driving away, to me he did not value his life in any way as you can see and hear him driving away on he's radio telling he's mates where he was.

When I pulled up and said "get out" I could see and also hear he was still telling his mates where he was, so I shot him dead. He did not seem to care what was going on and in the video after he was shot dead you can hear him talking to his stream telling them "all that all we had to do was tell him to pull over and he would of" and as you can hear we asked him to pull over more than once.

He was also telling his stream that its safer in a car when you have a gun not just pointing at you but shooting at your taxi, so I don't see where we didn't role play when he didn't talk to us once or value his life in anyway? Myself Lee Jenkins was the only one with a gun Bundy Jenkins did not shoot anyone.

Good evening @RichardKnight93

Whilst you might think the situation wasn't looked at properly, I can assure you it was. Within the report overall there is some information from the staff member prior to the punishments being given. I can elaborate on this for you, So in the video you attempt to ram into the taxi with no prior RP as a whole so it could be argued you was attempting to RVDM so you could rob the player. 

The only thing said prior to the wheel being shot was "Pull over". The taxi then carried on trying to get away since they we're driving the whole time so nothing wrong on the taxi drivers part within this situation. You rammed the taxi again around 1:06 and told them to pull over and get out with their hands up. Player was still driving and decided to attempt to drive off. Soon as the taxi was disabled yous was at the front, Told them to get out but instantly shot the player without any chance for them to even comply. This as a whole falls under RDM and in turn you received a punishment for this. 

I would suggest that you take this time to read our server rules more so the rule you did get banned for. If this is the level of RP you are providing players prior to downing them I would suggest giving more RP overall as we are a roleplay community and a serious one at that. Killing another should be a last resort and there are many other things that could of happened in this then what was done. 

Now you was indeed given a 7 day ban, What this means is you are unable to appeal the ban since it is timed. The appeals section is for permanent bans and any under this you will need to wait out. As mentioned take time to reflect on what happened and how to improve moving forward as well as reading up on the rules. Hopefully the extra explanation gives you a bit more context in why the decision was made.
