In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was banned back in march for forcing a G6 member to put their glock in the boot of me and my friends car and resorted to power gaming and later found out was a form of exploiting too as I went over in my previous report, being banned for almost 7 months I want to at least prove that I can provide roleplay that meets server standards as I' m embarrassed for my past behaviour being given chance after chance and throwing it all away again time after time.

I was min-maxing because I thought I would have more fun if I had gotten everything straight away and I have now came to the realisation that the grind is apart of the fun and the roleplay that comes along with it, I understand that everyone starts at the same place and I was naive to think that I was an exception.
I failed to put in the effort to properly obtain a weapon and faced the consequences for doing so and having to sit on the side-lines and watch streamers or the odd one or two friends that still play, actually roleplaying putting in the EFFORT made me realise on what I missed out on this whole time.

Why should we unban you ?: I know its ironic I'm writing another appeal after being given chance after chance before and ending up on here again but wholeheartedly I really do want to show I can make a change, I ran with the wrong crowd before not giving a toss as we was all one big friend group and just wanting to have fun but since then they have all stopped playing and this server was genuinely the only one I enjoyed and want to start solo this time building connections and doing everything the way it should've be done and not cutting corners like I did before

given the fact I've watched a few friends that are established on the server known by many, I now know how important it is that rules are put in place to prevent the things I have done that have harmed the server and others.

I took the time to keep up to date with the server paying attention to new and upcoming updates and eagerly want to get back into again as I've had enough of missing out due to my own choices so much has changed since I had last played and hope to experience it myself

I fully agree with the punishment given and anymore that you feel would be necessary and I hope that I come across sincere as I do genuinely want to play on the server again and lastly I know its only my word I can give over an appeal however I hope that I can actually prove myself.

You've got a rather large record of punishments on the server, a lot longer than some of the members that have been around this community for years! 
The one thing I can appreciate is your willingness to continue appealing and attempt to come back onto the server.

The night you received your ban for forcing a G6 member to place his items into a vehicle rather than dropping them, did you know what you were doing was exploiting?

Danoo, I will continue to be fully transparent and openly admit that no, I didn't know what I was doing was exploiting. To further my honesty, I actually done this act another 2 or 3 times on separate occasions. I found out the hard way and honestly? I'm kind of glad it happened because it's allowed me to actually take the time to read the rules and familiarise myself as best as I can.

I do appreciate your honesty, that goes a long way in this community and I'm glad you've decided to come further forward with that information. 

What I struggle to understand is how you didn't know this was exploiting. Why did you instruct the G6 officer to place his items into a vehicle rather than either give them to you or drop them on the floor?
Surely somewhere along the line another player would've told you that this is a way to avoid the weapons breaking? 

 
You would be correct yes, someone I was messing around with and going out robbing with at the time did in fact let me know that 'this was the way' to acquire said equipment or more so what I was interested in, guns. I was always under the impression that was a way to avoid weapons breaking and that in order to rob G6 or Police they had to place their weapon in the vehicle's glove box. For a criminal such as myself to obtain any sort of firearms or government issued equipment I naturally thought that this was the servers way to slow down robberies or hold ups as I haven't seen any other server do the same.

They never mentioned to me that it was exploiting and nor did I ever think to question it coming from what I believed to be a more established member of the community

I was naive to not question anything and I hope as much as it may sound, that this is not me putting the blame onto anyone else. I was teleported by staff shortly after taking off from what had occurred and was briefed down on what I had done this then only had made sense to me as I stated before I did it twice without any repercussions leading me to get caught red handed the third time.

You stated that a reason for your prior behaviour on this server was because you had gotten yourself into the wrong crowd.
Since then, those friends have stopped playing. How am I to know that if they return to the server you won't just fall back into the same ways with your friends again and let your standards drop? 

 
Afternoon Danoo,

I fully appreciate and understand your concern and I will say this. Since being away from the server I haven't actually been in contact with that crowd and quite honestly I don't want to. It doesn't bother me that I don't talk to them anymore and I have no urge to. I have moved on with my approach to the server and if given the chance I want to start fresh.

I am willing to give you another chance on this server, please do not think this decision was made lightly. 
After this ban I am hoping you've learnt from your mistakes, sharped up on the rules and are ready to come with quality roleplay! 

Any ban you receive within the next 6 months will land you straight back here on the appeals section and it will be much harder to return from it!
Please do not mess this chance up!
