Reason given for your ban: C2.2

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was banned under c2.2 for selling drugs to locals on dutch london and then driving away and coming back which then ultimately allows you to be able to sell to them again, which can be used to sell drugs faster and easier.

Why should we unban you ?: I believe i should be unbanned as i have taken 6 months to reflect on what i did and completely understand that what i did was a complete lapse in judgement on my behalf and though i knew it may have been exploiting i carried on doing it for my own self gain, while reflecting on my ban i have come to understand how what i had done could have effected the server negatively and how what i did put me at a large advantage over other people who played the server legitly. If i was given another opportunity to join this incredible community once again I will wholeheartedly give the best RP and will not let the staff or community down as i will dedicate myself to the best and most fun RP to make sure everybody i encounter have an enjoyable experience. Upon my time away from the I have learnt that actions have consequences and that I need to take responsibility for my actions. I believe with the 6 months that I have been away that I have had more than enough time to reflect and understand that what I did was wrong. Making a mistake like this I see as a learning curve which will allow me to be better should I be allowed to be unbanned from this server. Thank you for taking your time to read my appeal.

Who told you to do it and advised you it wasn’t exploiting?

 
I’ll be completely truthful I do not recall any individual names however I was encouraged by members of grove and vagos alike to sell on Dutch London and I was told by a few that it wasn’t classed as an exploit due to the fact people had been openly doing it for a years time with no warnings or repruccusions. This statement was also backed up as members of grove such as siren who is a known staff member was seen by me and others openly doing it. Also at no point did a staff member attempt to speak to me or let me know it was classed as a rule break however me and 1 other was permanently banned out of a large amount of people who was actively doing it.

 
Under careful thought I believe a name that I can recall advising me to sell on Dutch and that it wasn’t an exploit is killa (can’t recall his ingame name) however he was second in command when I first joined vagos. And he would encourage me and I believe some others to sell on Dutch London to make money fast as it was apart of our turf. And he would also ask us to promote Dutch London as much as we could, for increased money into the gang via tax.

 
You've been here since 2021, racked up 5 bans with this being your 6th. You should know by now that you cannot bump your appeal no matter if it holds more information. We do have edit functions for a reason...

Furthermore, who gave you the names of the individuals?

 
I apologise if it looks like I have purposely attempted to bump my appeal however it was a mistake on my behalf as due to not being on the forums for 6+ month I had idiotically forgotten you could edit previous reply’s, I hope you understand my mistake. Onto your question I must admit I am quite confused, could you please elaborate on the statement “Furthermore, who gave you the names of the individuals?”  What individuals would you be enquiring about?

Thank you for clearing that up,  nobody in particular gave me those names i knew them myself while playing the server multiple times i would see siren selling on dutch london for long periods of time along with multiple other people who played the server. With Killa he was in vagos when i joined and that is when he would promote dutch london to the gang members in vagos. 

 
So, you had no idea who gave you the info to this but now you miraculously remember especially making the bold statement that a Staff Member was doing this exploit too which no evidence other than the fact that she was selling drugs there. It wasn’t a rule break to sell there, it was a rule break to sell the way that you were selling which I don’t believe a Staff Member would do this.

You had also failed to mention Rikka for teaching people to do so, which is another reason why I don’t believe this statement from you. It almost feels as though you’re trying to protect people, and throwing names at me hoping I’d believe it.

Now I don’t get why you would lie on an appeal, especially when you’ve been gone for 6 months….

Why should we let you back, given the above?

 
Before i was banned from the server i thoroughly enjoyed it, though i may not have a clean history i have been playing it for 2 years and have made multiple friends and memories on the server. I do not wish to repeat myself though i must say again i was never pulled to the side by a staff member speaking to me or explaining that what i was doing was classed as exploiting, Of course in retrospect i can see and understand how what i was doing is so clearly an exploit and for that i put my hands up. I apologise for any way that i may have had a negative impact on the server and community this was never my intention and i feel though over the past 6 months i have had more than enough time to reflect and learn from my mistakes. If i was to be given another chance i can assure you that i will not break any rules and if i am unsure whether something is possibly a rule break i will make sure to make a ticket and ask a staff member. I would also like to mention that i had no intention to accuse anyone of rule breaking i was simply just naming people that i would see frequently selling on Dutch London, whether they were exploiting or not i cannot prove however i can only admit too and learn from my own mistakes, which leads me onto my final point that i have learnt this is that actions have consequences which i found out the hard way. I would really appreciate another opportunity to play this server again as for the time i did play i truly believe i had a positive impact on the people i interacted with.

 
I Will be honest im not entirely sure but i would estimate around the figures of 1 to 1.5 million in the entire time doing it however it could be more or less, I do not know completely know but a fairly large sum nether the less. 

 
Due to the nature of your ban, and how much roughly that you earned from this exploit. I am willing to let you return, given the below condition.

  • Rhys Nelk [78090] will undergo a complete wipe of that character (Bank, Inventory, Cars, Houses etc..)
