Server: Community Banned
Ban Reason: C1.6 C1.15
Why do you think you were banned: I was banned initially because I baited a gang, then didn't RP my injuries. Once banned I had Ban evaded to continue to play, got banned then made an appeal where I didn't tell the truth so I was community banned,
My ban was first given in March 2022
I then appealed in March 10 2023
Was denied for lying and given 6 months wait until I could make a new one (10/09/23)
I appealed again January 2nd 2024
Denied for not listing my full ban history (missed one out)
Appealing again now
I did join the server on my new FiveM account recently which allowed me to join I played a few hours. Banned for C1.15
Why should we unban you: I'd like to be unbanned from RPUK for many reasons.
I've had such a long time away from being apart of this community I would like to make my return, Meet new people and enjoy it once again. I know what I did was wrong and shouldn't have gone through with things that I had done and for that I am sorry for what I did & sorry to the staff that had to put up with me. This server to me is the best one around, with the best roleplay opportunity's, maintaining a great player count and creating a fun experience for me. I'm hoping to come back as now a more mature man that just wants to play here in my spare time when I get back from work.
I take full accountability for the stuff I have previously done and in no way intend to cause anymore of a disruption in the future leading up. I aim to keep my head down and join the police and roleplay in that way as I enjoyed that the most last time. I want to meet everyone that is apart of this community as I could imagine there are lots of new different people around offering diverse situations I could be apart of, I want to make peoples time here fun and the same way Id like people to make my time fun too.
I have taken the time to refresh myself on the rules as its been some time things would have changed and just make sure I'm doing my best to now keep on the straight and narrow. My computer sits and collects dust since I've been banned, I'm hardly using it and want to make this final attempt at getting myself unbanned and back in the community. Honestly I don't have a good history here and I assume most staff if not all would be happy to keep me away from the server based on my history as I clearly couldn't be trusted. I politely request the admin dealing with this or the whole team to please have a good think on letting me back.
When I used to play here I had no life, I would spend my whole day playing from the second I woke up to the second I went to bed, this accounted for most of my boredom so I would end up doing stupid things to create some fun. This resulted in my few bans which I then in the end tried to appeal which I lied in thinking that was the best idea at the time, I knew it was wrong to do and now I know to just be honest. On the other hand now I have a family of my own, I work and I go to the gym so FiveM wont be the only thing going on in my day and I believe this will also help with making sure I keep behaved.
I feel I could write loads on how much I enjoyed my time here and why I'd love to be unbanned but I don't want to go round in circles and end up repeating myself. I hope my words seem genuine to staff and you can make a decision. Thank you and hope you all are having a good new year.
