Why do you think you were banned: I was banned for RDM from a scenario in which high quality roleplay was not provided by myself.
Why should we unban you: I have taken a long break from the server and roleplay in general, I believe this will benefit my roleplay as previously the quality of my roleplay had decreased in a couple of different situations. I believe if I were to be unbanned I would be able to return with an improved mindset and approach to roleplay. As stated in previous appeals, before my ban I would do my best to make a positive impact on the community for example I enjoy helping new players to develop their roleplay stories and get familiar with the way the server runs. I've been responsible for many of the new members in Cutlass, as I spend a lot of time networking.

I understand my actions regarding RDM were unacceptable in this community and I hope these actions will not reflect upon my usual standard of high-quality and enjoyable RP.
With me being a Cutlass higher up I should've been setting a good example within the community due to my position within a whitelisted gang.

The first ban I received for RDM was a situation during a Cutlass vs Aztecas war, me and another member planned an attack in which we would be set up on the enemy block to create a surprise attack. We both attacked without a high standard of roleplay this was a mistake on both of us no matter who began the attack, I understand this now and apologize to the players involved and staff for the inconvenience of having to deal with this.
I've spent a considerable amount of time away from the server as punishment, the server and community were a great escape for me and I'm eager to return. I've read the rules and have been watching roleplay scenarios take place via clips and streams to better my character if I were allowed to return.

Why?

After all your chances, and you explaining your role with newer players, I can't with any fibre of hope believe this should be encouraged.

The time I've spent away from the server has allowed me to mature as a person. Without going into detail about my personal life, I can guarantee you that I'm now ready to approach the server with a fresh perspective. Not only that but because I've been keeping up with Roleplay in general, I know what's expected of me and would like to showcase it further. I spent a lot of time on the server building my character and assisting my gang's growth, when I mention new players, I can assure you that I had an important role in many people's experiences.

As a man, all I have is my word, and I aim to be able to prove myself to the staff and community by ensuring that every Roleplay situation I take part in is of top quality. I understand that due to my history, I will be watched closely, which I welcome. This is more than just a server to me, it's a community full of friends, and I can't wait to join them again.

You can come back but the restrictions you had previously will now be doubled.

For the next 12 months, any ban you receive will be permanent. They will also come with a minimum 2 month cooldown to appeal.
If you give us ANY reason to need to speak with you, kick you or ban you I promise you won't get this chance again.

Also I HEAVILY suggest you don't take on a role with newer players.
