In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was banned for G3.1 OOC Information - Using out of character information to influence the course of roleplay is considered metagaming and punishable by a ban.

Why should we unban you ?: I believe I should be unbanned due to the fact I know what I have done was a severe mistake, and that it was a severe mistake that occurred in the heat of the moment, I have learned from this and taken the time away from rp to assess how I negatively impacted the community and the people involved in the situation, taking the time away I can see that me getting angry because of the situation that has occurred is unacceptable and it caused me to end up here as well as leave a distaste towards me from the people that were involved in this situation.

The time taken away from RP has given me a new perspective, I understand now that I cannot let my emotions get in the way of the things that occur, end of the day this is a game and everyone is here to have a good time, I do not wish to impact the community by letting emotions get in the way.

If I were to be unbanned I can assure the staff and community that this would not happen again, I have made this mistake and learned from it. I do wish to deliver the high-quality roleplay I know I can provide to the community.

You've been here for a quite a while, given your past and 2 bans for combat logging I'd hope you'd be very familiar with the rules. 
How many chances do you need before we stop seeing each other here? 

Do you often let emotions get the better of you? 

If we'd even consider unbanning you there will be some restrictions / conditions to your ban.

Hi @Mike,thank you for taking the time to deal with my appeal. 

No I don’t usually let my emotions get a hold of me, it occurred once and I do not intend to let it happen again, I realised that after taking the time away from the situation that occurred . 

I do wish to return to the community and provide the roleplay I know I can deliver.  I am more than inclined to come back and will listen to the conditions that would be set upon me if I was to return.

What are you usually up to on the server? What RP do you seek / provide to others? 
What is your roleplay story for Johnny Step and Jerry Step, what are their goals, weaknesses, strengths? 

One of the conditions would be; 
- If you're banned within the next 6 months, you will automatically gain a 1 month cooldown from appealing (If you're banned for Combat Logging, that ban would become a 2 month cooldown)

Hi @Mike, I am glad you asked this as I don’t usually get to express the in-depth storyline I had developed when first creating Johnny Step, I haven’t been involved on Jerry Step as it was one of my character that I never fully went into and didn’t dedicate that much time as of yet.

Johnny Step originally came into LS seeking power and respect when he first left England for the colonized city of Los Santos, he came in with a gambling problem due to his neglect during childhood, as you may or may not be aware I have spent ridiculous amounts of money in the casino, not only this but Johnny's consistent inability to generate a large amount of wealth and persistent gambling problem caused him to ban himself from the casino. 

One day Johnny Step was parked up in mirror park when he met two individuals, one of them severely like-minded, the character of Johnny Dick also a retired gambling addict. 

During a conversation with the likes of Johnny Dick and Kash, a group of masked men known as the coalition began to open fire upon the group, quickly reacting Johnny ran for cover and sought shelter behind a dumpster, once the gunshots had faded and safety seemed to return, he saw the two individuals down and took the courage to take them to pillbox, this is how he met Cutlass, over a few days he met a lot of the Cutlass member as he had gained respect from saving their college and leader. During this time he began hanging around Cutlass and learning how to be a real gangster and gain power and the respect he craved after a couple of weeks of picking up the skills that Cutlass had to offer, he met Eze, he had just arrived back from Poland after he was deported from Los Santos, the two clicked instantly and knew what they were going for together, Johnny and Eze became the cities most hated criminals after they pursued Miners and Smelter and the likes of petty criminals to gain more notoriety and funding behind them.
Johnny had learned the ways to gain power and respect from his friends, he asserted his position of cutlass and climbed higher in the rankings, after spending so much time he became family to the gang. 

The goals I have for Johnny, consist of further developing his storyline as well as entertaining more people with different approaches to roleplay, maybe even helping out the new people that join this community in how they can land on their feet, and gain their knowledge of the city. 

I agree to the terms that you have set out, I believe them to be fair and just, I just wish to return to the city and deliver the roleplay that I know for a fact I can deliver, I can assure you the mistakes I made leading to this ban will not occur again, I know to control myself in these situations and avoid ruining any form of roleplay.

What kind of skills has your character gained?

Cutlass had offered Johnny new approaches in how to extort people for their possession in a mannerism that remained professional and without trace, they educated him in how to assess each situation, who deserves a bullet and who can be pressured into submission ensuring they will not attempt to come back with a vengeance. 

Not only would Johnny steal, but he dived deeper into the legal front, how he can learn to make things such as steel and otherwise known materials, he invested his time into creating a small time business by exploiting the weak minded, due to Johnny being goal oriented for power he gained trust of some people within the city who worked for Johnny for a percentage of what he was really making.

As I have made it very aware, Johnny’s character is a very perplexed criminal that seeks power and respect amidst his friends, however I have considered some areas of approach he can expand into.

For example like I have stated above, Johnny was running a small time operation, I was wondering if I could further expand on that Idea where I could make Johnny be a form of a boss, where he would have a team working underneath him, this would open new avenues of RP in terms as business deals with other people, whether they are shady or legit, whether they may end up in a possible risk to Johnny's small time business. 

To be Honest Mike, I don't really know you in game, or what kind of situation this could be, but in a general sense, if you were to introduce yourself to me on the street, I’d most likely begin to check who you are as a person, as Johnny is a criminal and clearly a very malicious one in the eyes of the police and his opposition, he would see how you carry yourself, do you ask a lot of questions, it’s all very situational, especially when it comes to RP.

But in a general sense, I’d see what you’re about, if you could be of use to Johnny whether that be a position within the business he intends to run, or whether you’re just a bystander in the street exploring the city.

I like the effort you put into your appeal and the story behind your character, I do hope you can keep up with this quality of roleplay. 
I do hope and pray that you will not follow down this path of being banned, as your history is not the brightest here with us, your fourth ban will be very difficult to come back from, so keep to your highest of standards and re-read the rules linked below. 

I will give you a third chance, given your record I am  also adding the condition we talked about due to your combat logging bans (2 CL bans).
Starting today, for the next 6 months, any permanent ban will automatically come with a 1 month cooldown minimum (2 months if it's Combat Logging ban) 
Keep in mind any ban for the next 6 months will automatically come with a permanent ban.
