Why should we unban you ?: ive put a lot of real life hours into the server in the past 2 weeks for it to end like that pls help ASAP.

@1000PhoenixI’ve done what’s been asked and forwarded it on to yourselves. I don’t understand why I have been permanently banned as I’ve only been in the server for 2 weeks and I’ve had no previous convictions. If you can enlighten  me as to what I’ve done wrong I will make sure that this unknown mistake will not happen again. Many thanks and stay safe.
